This is the ONLY place to go if you are a car guy/girl. Or if you simply love your car. Ive done several cars in other places, until Ive got to know Crystal Shine in 2014. I have re-sprayed my alloys, re-painted the leather seats once, and polished the car several times here. The care and attention to the customers are second to none, as Mr. Adel, the owner is always present to access and clarify what is the necessary job for your car to be like-new again. Whenever you need a simple wax, a deep polish, an interior deep cleaning, or simply a small restoration on your rims, dash, seats, etc; Pay these guys a visit. You wont regret it. Victor.

I dropped my car in at very shout notice and picked it up an hour and a half later. It was a new car so no valet required buy nevertheless this was exceptional service enhanced by the fact that the car was gleaming! CS now my place of choice in Dubai for car valet and polish. They had just finished a blue Bentley which was staggeringly beautiful after they had finished with it. Smart facility and friendly staff too. They even took me to the mall so I could shop whilst I waited. Thoroughly recommended

Crystal Shine Car Care has been one of the most restorative experiences Ive had the pleasure of having. I visited the owner on a unfortunate endeavor. My car had been covered in concrete and gypsum. I called in to ask for an appointment and the owner, Adel, just asked me to come in after I told him of the misfortune. He treated me like a friend and a brother. Once polished and ceramic coated, my car came out better than the day I bought it. The smile on my face had reached my ears. I call this experience restorative because Crystal Shine literally put the crystal back into my sports red color. And above all else, they restored my faith in humanity (might be a bit much, but for someone to drop what they have after hearing how down I was is hard to find in our current society). So, Im rambling on about how passionate I am about this company. Id like to leave this with a quick finale - for any car related services, whether it be a wash to a polish to repairing, I highly recommend you visit Adel at Crystal Shine. Extremely pleased with the level of quality I received here. They take huge passion and responsibility in their work so you can only expect the best result. On top of that, they were able to allocate resources extremely efficiently and deliver the car back in to my hands within a few days, even though the work included multiple panel dent removal and paint, interior leather work, full scale detailing, multiple upholstery rejuvinating / sticky painting, complete deep washing and shampooing of seats and floor mats, and repairing + repainting all 4 rims. A+ work, its nice to find a place that doesnt just do anything for a cheap buck, and actually take pride in what they do.

I got an emergency and Adel the owner was very attentive to my concern. He explained me and showed me what kind of result I will obtain. Adel is calm, honest and not pushing you. It is really surprising and pleasant to deal with him ... especially when you are a woman ... The owner/proprietor, Adel, made the difference though - it is rare (unfortunately) to find someone who really understands customer service and he certainly does. Impleccable first impression where the owner himself greats you, walks you through their work samples and products. He made sure to understand the work I planed to do and ,in fact , did a sample polish (where others never bothered) to confirm. On time delivery, first class work and youre made to feel part of the family. Thats my experience at Crystal Shine. For them, you can see the passion , attention and care they give customers. Commercials are secondary, because its almost guaranteed youll come back. Their after sale service is truly distinct. I was pleasantly surprised when I received through courier a new and" an ideal fit" car cover to replace the one I have. I did not ask for this as I had an old one in the trunk of my car. The owner noticed it wasnt the right fit when they started work on my car and sent me a new one free of charge. Such client-focused quality service is made to last and is sure to generate repeat loyal clients. My hat is off to Adil , his father and staff. Way to go!

I chose Crystal Shine for ceramic paint protection of my brand new car after visiting a couple of other providers of similar treatment. What sold me on Crystal Shine was both the well organised workshop as well as the friendly owner, who took pains to explain the product without indulging in hyperbole. In the end, he delivered what was promised, which was a professionally done paint protection job. Crystal Shine wasnt the cheapest ceramic protection provider, but I came away satisfied knowing that my car had received a professional application, rather than a cheaper but questionable quality one. If you like to take care of your car, I would wholeheartedly recommend Crystal Shine.

Overall good and extremely friendly service. The work was done quickly and on short notice. The quality was good, but considering the price I was expecting a bit more since all scratches were not removed (you cant feel them, but you see them under the layer of wax, removing more clear coat would have probably done the trick). Dent removal was done very well as well as interior cleaning.

After our icebox fell over with some fresh fish inside, you can imagine the smell. We tried to clean it ourselves but couldnt get rid of that smell. They kept my car for few days and the results was just perfect. The smell was completely gone and the car looked brand new as they cleaned it entirely.

I was looking for a place where I could get some really fine work on my cars and was recommended to visit Crystal Shine My cars are a Golden Mercedes R300, Ferrari California Blue , Mercedes G55 Maroon , Range Rover Sport Blue and a Mini , all the cars had wheel rim damage, worn out leather in sections and generally needed to be brought back to looking and smelling clean , all I can say that Crystal Shine did an outstanding job the service and quality is the best I have received very highly recommended keep up the good work !

I recently had my 4 year old BMW detailed by Crystal Shine. Not only were they very efficient and gave me my car back the same day, the quality of their work was outstanding. I have used various detailing companies in Dubai and have never been completely satisfied with the outcome. The seats and carpets were restored to brand new condition and the polish and shine to the body and rims were perfect. They even used an ionization machine to neutralize the odour from the car which also helped with eliminating bacteria and germs. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

WOW! Just got my old Accord detailed this past weekend. I purchased it used and tried cleaning it myself at first, hard work & the smells from previous owners were impossible to remove. A friend recommended me to send the car to Crystal Shine where I met the manager Adel who attended me right away and was very professional in explaining the details of what can be done to the car and bring it back to shine After just few days my car has transformed. The interior turned out immaculate, & they got that old shine on the exterior. I never would have guessed it would look so nice, & smell like new. The price is the best I found, very reasonable for the amount of work they do. I’ve also had detail work done on other vehicles, but never this good. I can tell that Adel takes pride in his work, and try to please the customer. Thanks for the great work! Ill be sending more customers your way

Crystal Shine performs incredible services and is highly recommended. My 2004 325i and 2012 335i came out looking good as new. All dents were removed, wheels refurbished and interior detailed to perfection. The leather on my 325i was starting to show wear marks, yet when I picked it up the seats looked absolutely astonishing. Both cars look good as new and Ive had many coworkers impressed by the work on my car. I have recommended this shop to all of my friends. I also had my 2015 Porsche Macan detailed, the bonnet and front area covered with clear shield, plus painted the wheels black. The car looked even better than when I purchased it at the Porsche dealer. Crystal Shine is highly recommended for those that care about their cars.

Left in my Nissan Patrol which had half the desert and wet dog fur inside it. It was disgusting. The car came back a few days later in showroom condition. I was amazed by the high quality service offered and the car was also delivered ahead of time. Very friendly staff. The ioniser that was used to remove odours from the inside of the car was the icing on the cake. I totally recommend Crystal Shine to anyone who demands a premium service for vehicle valeting.
