I contacted them for a quote for my GOLF GTI door Damage and front wing deep scratches and they have responded in the same day with a competitive price. Went next day and they welcomed me with a smile. Surprisingly, my car was ready the next day in unbelievably new condition.I had some other concerns and they were happily to take care of it immediately and without extra cost even!. highly recommended for everyone, no matter what is the issue u are having. Chrisdelin LewisI took my car here attempting to get an inspection done, and unfortunately it was a shop for accident repair work. The great thing is the service I received in that small time. One of the mechanics/owners came out to look at my car and gave me some needed bad news that my car had been in an accident. He took the time to show me the framework repairs that I didnt notice two weeks when the car was purchased. I am very thankful that the time was given to me and I would recommend this place to anyone. Its obvious that they care! Thank you!!

Shehryar IqbalI drive a 2009 Lumina SS and have been quite picky about where i would get it polished and get a touch up done on its spoiler. I called Automotive Repair Systems after reading a few reviews on line. Alex promptly answered my call and fixed a time to meet at the workshop. After getting a fair estimate of the works required, I dropped my Lumina SS the same day. Tom was very kind to drop me at the nearest taxi point. On the day of delivery I was truly delighted to see my beautiful car shinning and sparking. The spoiler was painted just as it is coming from the factory, the doors scratches were neatly touched up and the car polish was done with a nice finish. Thank you Gentlemen for a job well done. I heard about ARS through a friend. The service was great! they were so friendly and accommodating. I needed my car back in a day and they made sure it was ready for me. the place is really easy to find, with helpful directions! : ) and the staff are really professional and friendly.

For any western expats looking for a trustworthy, professional service, the likes of which youd get at home, I would recommend Automotive Repair Systems. From the time I sent pictures of the damage, to a prompt phone call from Tom and quick visit for Lee to assess the damage and give me a (reasonable) quote, to the time when I dropped off and collected the car, I found the whole process efficient, painless and professional. The car looks good as new, and I am very grateful to the guys for doing a great job. Highly recommended- service like this is difficult to find in Dubai.

B BrodrickIt’s very unusual for a company in Dubai to do what they say “deliver on what they promise”. Automotive Repair Systems were first to respond to my online inquire when others did not even bother. They were first to give me a quote which was outstanding compered to some of the competition. We agreed on the time and Tom turned up as agreed and returned the car ahead of time (same day) and the price was even AED50 under the quoted. It is refreshing to deal with a professional outfit that deliver what they promise within all the agreed time & cost parameters. I have already referred two friends to them. Thank you for the help with bringing my GTi back to its original best!

Victoria WrightI sent an email inquiry to Automotive Repair Systems and promptly received a very professional phone call from Tom to discuss the dents and swirl scratches on my Kia Sportage. He came and had a look and gave a very reasonable quote for the work compared to other companies who try their luck for a fortune. Tom took the car and had the work done in 24 hours. Two colleagues of Toms, Lee and Richard, if I remember correctly, came to drop of my shiny car and it looks good as new. I called ARS and spoke to Tom who was so helpful and assured me they could fix it promptly before he arrived home. This was a huge relief. I had called a few other companies who to much frustration quoted me way over the odds (probably because I was a girl and they presumed I would just pay anything).
