The worst customer service and after sales service Ive ever witness in my life. The lie and deceive you! Warranty in there terms does not exist. Its just a name! Ive never encountered anything positive with these guys! Every time I took my car to workshop, my problems where either ignored or denied and I came out furious and with high blood pressure. Highly recommend people to think twice buying VW or any other car serviced by Al Nabooda!
