    Professional service and support without the showroom / service centre prices and fuss. Reception and other staff are most helpful. Seating / waiting and refreshments are made available to customers and booking a taxi is hassle free.

    Our cars have been serviced and repaired by ARM for many years. Be it a track car or a daily driver the service has been outstanding. Not only do the people really care about the cars, they also remember the history very well. The service is very personal and the (reasonably priced) collection and delivery service via flatbed truck is a godsend. Be it regular service (in our case Porsche and Audi), track day modifications (Porsche) or body shop services (last time BMW door re-spray with perfect color matching). Another advantage: compared to some main dealers which give you appointments after 4 to even 8 weeks (hello Dubai Audi) the scheduling at ARM has always been prompt and the time needed for the cars was short, usually 1-2 days for regular service. Price wise ARM is quite some margin below the main dealer prices, but for us this was not the reason to switch to ARM. We simply feel much better taken care of. Re the one critic of up selling below: We never had this experience. What I appreciate is that we always get a full report of the status of the cars. Some finding are nice-to-haves (and clearly communicated as such!) whereas other matters may need a more timely attention. This kind of policy helps us to plan ahead.

    So unprofessional dont go to this place. It took 4 phone calls to get an estimate. They tell you the job will take a long time without telling how long long is. They overcharge you when they finally give you the estimate. When I asked for them to give me the car back they admitted that they punctured my tyre in a road test. They did not have a replacement, told me they do not know when they can get a replacement. What a nightmare dealing with them.

    Very disappointed with last experience, customer for many years. Labor for minor items rounded up to an hour. Attention to detail lacking. The small things that add to the experience have disappeared. True of an organization that is stretched. 2 shifts a day to cope with volumes, need I say more... ??

    As a long term and regular customer of ARM I can say that I have only ever had positive experiences be it for regular schuled servicing, specialist mechanical work or paint/bodyshop work. The same cannot be said of the OPC who have repeatedly disappointed me for a variety of reasons which I prefer not to go into.

    Very disappointed with the work, dishonesty and the employee of this business. Their mechanics are incompetent and I have been trapped in a guessing game of the mechanics trying to figure out the problem while they miss out the right solution each time. The sales staff is unfortunately trained well in convincing you that they are perfect and not responsible for taking a lot of your money and not fixing the car. Two month and Aed 10000 and the car is not fixed. The car is still in the garage because they want additional Aed 8600 to change the part that they think this time will fix the problem but they do not promise it will be fixed. I researched the problem on the Internet and it was a very common problem for this car and the fix is quick and easy. I am trapped in this nightmare. When I ask to speak to the owner Mohammed tels me that the owner doesnt talk to customers. I hope the owner sees this message because I am ready to take this issue to any extent to get justice. .     Extremely disappointed with their service. Some of the things that you need to be careful about: 1. They compare themselves with the main dealer but dont even use the correct power steering fluid. My Cayenne had a leaking power steering system because one of the o-rings was completely eaten away by the wrong fluid. My system had to be triple drained and refilled. This was so basic and that too just to save a few dirhams. 2. They did a wheel alignment, when it was not required. The alignment was so bad that it caused intense shaking while the car was being driven. Within a week both of my front Pirelli tyres were gone. I had to get it aligned at a different garage. 3. As everyone has already said they are extremely pushy about up selling. Beware. They will show minor faults and try to upsell on the significantly discounted major and minor service. You get what you pay for. 4. While taking your car they always say that they can deliver within the timeline that you ask but afterwards there is always one problem or the other - parts are unavailable, mechanics are unavailable, they will even blame you for the delays. In summary, I would not recommend them to anyone.

    I am completely disappointed and I would like to limit my complaint to three main topics: - Extreme sales push Example 1: They changed my starter and wanted to push me to change the battery. I refused (three times!) - old battery still working. They were recommending to change the AC filter. I mentioned that it was done three month ago and they said: "Hm, then cleaning might be enough." Example 2: I was claiming that an article which was exchanged by them eight month ago is not working anymore. They asked me to come over and exchange under warranty if it is that item. I came over, asked them to check, left my car and they called: We did not check yet but our warranty is only 6 month so you need to pay in any case. - Lack of knowledge and do not follow up properly I had issues with my AC. I asked them to check it with the general service. They mentioned that they include liquid which shows leakages. After the service if they found leakages. Then they mentioned that they forgot to fill the liquid. So they did it, I had to drive and bring it back. They did not find an error. So I googled the issue that the right side is warmer than the left one. It was mentioned that there is a ventilator which is often faulty in the Cayenne. I explained the content of the article. Response: "Ah, our check also showed that there is a problem with AC ventilator." So they exchanged it. (Ventilator cost in the Internet: 30USD; ARM price: 1100 AED) - Lack of flexibility I am a regular customer and I asked them in the shop to quote an item (previously mentioned ventilator). They said they call me and give me a price. They called me, gave me a quote and asked me to come over for a down payment. I said that this is unlogical as I just left the shop. They said it is company policy. Also a bank transfer was not accepted. So I had to drive back. I hear from several friends that ARM used to be a good company but as they were growing fast they most probably hired untrained staff which is lacking knowledge and is interested in fast cash. So go to another place which is not ripping you off.

    This place is a complete RIP Off! They compare themselves with the official agencies. They employ very aggressive sales personnel who will charge you just for opening the door of ur car. To make ur experience worse they are located behind the Sun.

    Used these guys. Professional. They know their stuff. A tad pricey though, which makes switching from Al Naboodah a bit harder. I would surely move to them completely if they would be 15-20% cheaper than current prices.
