My friend (a visitor to Dubai) and I ordered a new dish on the menu and were quite disappointed with the taste and quality of it after trying a bite. We asked our server (who was lovely), if we could change it for something else. Naturally he had to check with his manager Zeljka who did not bother to come over to the table until the server asked her to several times. She displayed an absolute lack of customer service and was frankly very rude. She simply did not care what the issue with was, but immediately said there was nothing she could do. This is obviously not true. She said that we ordered it and it was not thier problem if we didnt like it. Having worked in the industry for years, the absolute least she could have done was listened to feedback about the dish as it was new on the menu. I was a frequent customer at PF Changs but wont return after this very unpleasant experience.

Dan QayyumExcellent food at really good prices, big portions, knowledgeable waiting staff and swift, attentive service - basically everything youd ask for from an eatery. Our waiter was brilliant - took time explaining to our guests the various dishes, cooking styles, recommendations. Brought a big bowl of soup to share which we didnt realize had prawns in it (Menu said Chicken Won Ton soup). When he noticed I didnt have any soup (due to my shellfish allergy) he brought out a plain soup for me, on the house. That is the kind of thoughtfulness that wins you repeat business and massive tips. We had Almond & Cashew Chicken, Dali Chicken, Wok Charred Beef, and Pepper steak. Every item was well above average, a solid 8/10. The crispy green beans are excellent with the sauce that comes with them. Folks who were with us really loved the dynamite shrimps too. 8/10 - will go again.

Robert SymesWe tried to order local water. The only option was genuine Scottish Water and the bottle cost 25Dhm = £5. When the waiter noticed I looked unhappy he asked if I was from England and why I did not like water from my own country. Scotland debate aside, I was amazed at the waste in shipping a whole bottle of water from Scotland when a local version is perfectly adequate for us. Just imagine the food-miles involved. Not being able to make a choice on my food miles was frustrating. I did note that my wifes Pepsi originated in UAE but was still £5. I give 2* because the service was first class. Otherwise give it a miss.

The Sweet & Sour Chicken is my favourite from all the chicken dishes Ive tried here and the Orange Peel chicken is an interesting yet delicious dish! I wish they had more options for Vegetarians though! Their dessert portions are huge, fit for 2+ people!

Their Dynamite Shrimp starter is the best starter I ever had, actually it could works as a main corse if order it with rice. The main corses such as Kung Poa Chicken, Wok-Charred Beef and Mixed Lo Mein Nodles are superb. The staff was frindly and special thanks to our host Samir. A new visit and once again, this is the best Chinese Restaurant in town, nice ambient, great food, friendly helpful staff. However this time, I tried their version of Chocolate Brownie and it wasnt that good.

Prash SankheFood is great, the dynamite prawns particularly! Service is cold and matter of fact, which is a major let down. If patronizing one should try the chicken lettuce wrap too. It is fresh, crispy and truly appetising!

Luke IshmaelIf youre looking for a good dining experience, with great customer service and a nice setting - go next door to The Cheesecake Factory. Our waiter was extremely unhelpful and point blank refused to include our separately purchased kids drinks into the kids meal (which a free drink is included anyway) forcing us to buy a second drink instead of just including the first one as the free drink. One of the VIP meals which were out of stock for TWO MONTHS were still being advertised on all menus inside and out of the restaurant. I suggested putting a sticker on the menu saying out of stock until it was back in stock but was told We cant do that. After complaining about the above to the manager who was also very unhelpful (and somewhat rude!), we paid for our untouched drinks and went to The Cheesecake Factory next door and had a great time there instead.
