Tracy LavinSame situation for me. After buying products from Dubai Machines, they still made me pay a high cost for the setup of my projector. The projector was placed in an area that didnt work in the end-leaving four gaping holes in my ceiling I need to fix. The "wireless approach" with the white strips (this means behind the walls in the US) -fell off my walls in 3 days. To add insult to injury, aside from the asthethics, my projector itself does not work. So I feel robbed of 700 aed. I normally would like to settle this between the store and me without making a public complaint. But the same-I cant seem to get anyone to respond-after dealing with many empty promises.

Morne BlignautInitial sale experience was good. After sales service is terrible. Communication is non existent. I had to continuously contact the company for follow up. Emails were not answered. Telephone calls not returned. After weeks of this I dropped of projector for lamp replacement. Very exspensive and filters were not cleaned. Will not be returning for service.

Fatiha MouradThe sales team are great for taking order, but i didnt receive the best advise, so better know your product first. Yet, very proactive, the delivery was as scheduled. The price is good, but i believe you pay for the service The installation team was outstanding. Thank you to Mr. Hafeez & Mr. Nadeem for their clean job and advise. I dont know yet about the after sale service, and i this is what makes the difference in Dubai.

Vincent GonesoThe service was good only was taken aback by your demand for cash payment on amounts above 1000 AED. You need to be accepting current dated cheques for they are as good as cash and safe to handle especially when there is going to be too many personnel handling the job.

Ingmar LambregtsThis is an excellent service provider, really not typical Dubai (extremely bad) quality. Firstly, after speaking to them on the phone, I received a quote in about an hour afterwards. Generally in Dubai, you dont hear anything. Ever. So that was awesome! Secondly, their quote was really competitive, well structured and just as we discussed on the phone. They said they would come over to install on Monday, 10AM. And you wouldnt imagine, they were there actually at 10AM. On Monday. Thats a first time in Dubai, at least for me. Installation was done in a very professional manner, they installed exactly according to our requirements, tested whether everything functioned and left the office clean and tidy. Only after me and the office manager were left behind in despair, why not every company in Dubai could operate like these guys. Excellent job, totally recommendable!

Paul KinsellaIm sorry to say that after an initially prompt response to our enquiry for the installation of a projector and screen, the service deteriorated dramatically. A litany of problems starting with installation days which were changed at the last minute, payment was required upfront prior to the equipment being installed made us nervous but we went ahead anyway. The installation team were ill equipped to handle the suspended ceiling installation even though this was specified clearly in the original request for quotation. In order to complete the installation they required us to provide an extension cord (because they had underestimated the power cord length of the screen), and the wireless module they brought was incompatible with the projector that they supplied. Installation team damaged 2 ceiling tiles during installation, and committed to fixing the ceiling the same day or at the latest the next day. After chasing them via email to repair the ceiling and finish the installation, they turned up 3 days later, fitted the correct wireless module and left the room looking like a construction site with plaster and plastic lying everywhere. To make matters worse they also left no instruction manuals and didnt configure the wireless module, which we have now had to do ourselves by downloading the manuals form the NEC website. Customer service from Dubai machines was contacted and have ignored our feedback, we followed up with their sales team 3 times with no response and was finally escalated to the director of marketing on 2nd June who promptly also continues to ignore our requests for an explanation/apology (all of my contact details were provided - office number, mobile numbers and email so there is no excuse). I cannot in good conscience recommend this organisation for any installation work, although the products they supply are from quality manufacturers. We even advised them that we would prefer to discuss the situation prior to posting this review but to no avail. Very disappointing and completely avoidable situation made worse by a complete lack of ownership by the company, and its employees.
