    Excellent service and the team went above and beyond. They were able to fix what other repair companies had failed at previously. Very impressed with the service delivery and professionalism. The team that came to my house were polite, tidy and efficient. Would definitely recommend them! i can say that this is the a service provider for those who really welling to care their home appliances.

    Not even 1 Star deserved. I have called them back in April to ask for a new motor for our fridge. Technician came and had a look at it. He has (LITERALLY) asked me 5 times the same question in a span of 5 minutes. He then took a part out of the motor and has told me that he will check with the workshop and will get back to me. After 2 weeks I have called them to follow up and the same technician came, totally unaware that he has been at ours 2 weeks before and has asked me the same question again and I have told him that he was here before and that he took a part to see whether it can be fixed. We are now in June and I have called them numerous times to follow up and I have been told that someone will call me back. Asking to speak to the manager was denied, since he was not available, nor did he call me back. Best in town???? An utter joke. You should close business, as you are absolutely useless.

    Excellent service ! Clear communications with the staffs, the engineers showed up on time. Got my dish washer repaired and delivered within a day at a reasonable cost. Over all had a good experience and highly recommend BIT for their prompt services. Thank you !

    This service center doesnt stand for its name. Not the best at all, I would say just ignorant. My fridge was taken on Wednesday for two!!! days and not yet returned! No receipt or any document was given. My daily calls have two answers, both are lies! One: saying "let us check and we will call you back", what they never do and the second is "we will deliver it X time", which is also never done! I am not yet sure if I ever will receive my working fridge. First call to the service center was very professional, but a lie, unfortunately. I would never recommend them to anyone and will never get back to them. Instead of two days, I am still awaiting for correct info for 5th day already. I am intending to report to police.

    I want to go to a consumer court and sue them. My fridge had a cooling issue, they took it away and fixed it, charging me 450 AED. A few days later, there was an internal leak ( not there earlier) and they promptly came , said something was stuck in the pipes, cleaned it and charged me an additional 150/. Now I find that the outside of the fridge is overheating and have switched it off. This problem was earlier non existent. Im at the end of my rope! These guys are a bunch of unprofessional money grabbers!

    Worst company ever, if I could give 0 stars I would. On 11th of June I had requested that a person come to check out an LG fridge I have that was tripping. I was told that a person would be available the next day. By that time the issue had resolved itself. The fridge kept turning on and off by itself and it finally started working again automatically. This was an issue we had before but normally resolved itself within a short while. Due to the fact this was several hours it kept turning on and off I decided to call this company. I was told 150dh just to check and if it needed to be moved there wouldnt be an additional charge it would be for free. On the 12th the service man came and checked, but the fridge was working. He saw the fridge was fine and if we wanted to take it to the repair center he would. But due to the fact it was working fine and the service man suggested not to send it to the repair center because it was working we decided against sending it in. I told him that if we were to call in the next month to check because I was told by him that it shouldnt be working or the issue needs to be constant I would not pay and he agreed. I asked for a receipt and was not given one. He said its not needed. And I paid him for 2-5 minutes of just looking the fridge over. He did not check ANYTHING. No wiring, no circuits, NOTHING. He put the date on the fridge 12 of June because I asked him too. 28 of June the issue happened again and I called back expecting no charge for a proper checking this time due to the fact I was told so and that the service man said he couldnt see anything wrong so he would have to come back when it wasnt working. I explained the situation very cordially to the man and was told I would have to pay 100 dhs to get it checked again and I am getting a discount. I explained to him that Im not paying that due to the fact that the service man said there would be no charge if it was within the next month. After arguing with him he said please hold he had another call. He had transferred me to some other person without even telling me. After talking to that person and explaining the situation to him he said he would put it into the investigation section and I asked him, is he sending someone? is he going to charge me? what is going to happen now? He said please hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes the first person I spoke to came on and asked me what I had decided. I was not even told I was being transferred back. I told him that Im not paying the 100 please send his team to check the issue and if it could be fixed at home if not the fridge could be taken in. After arguing with him for a good 5 minutes and requesting to speak to his manager to which he said he was the supervisor I did not need to talk to the manager and the manager wasnt available for the next 2 days including the 28. Im not sure in which company a supervisor answers the phone and talks to people. After finally arguing he said he would send the team. And I still dont know if Im going to pay them 100 dhs. Not to mention that when he checked his computer system he could not find me registered. Although they knew the location and the details. And I told him I was given no receipt I was charged 150 Im not in their system. That means the person came from their company and pocketed the money without their knowledge. So over all worst experience ever. Do not deal with this company. 0 stars at best. They are indeed the worst in town. No receipt. Not found in the system. Extra charge even within one month of checking. My advice go somewhere else. They will take your money and not do anything.

    Definitely NOT the best in town. We gave our Bosh Cooking Range for servicing and cleaning, expecting a professional job . Very poor cleaning job even we can clean it better at home.

    Fixed the problem but overcharged!! I called one technician to fix the icing problem in my refrigerator. The promptly reached my home and opened up the refrigerator. He saw the ice formation on the cooling coils and said that the heater is which is used to do the auto defrost is not working and needs to be repaired. The charge was AED 370 which he reduced to AED 350. All he did was pour hot water on the ice and cleared up the ice. He did not replace anything but ended up making a cool 350 Dhs. I had read on the internet that you could solve the problem yourself by just resetting the thermostat!! How about that!

    Worst in town! We confirmed that they repair the product, they said Yes. A couple of days later they say they cant repair it and charged us AED 50 and wasted 2 days. I agree with all other genuine reviews here.

    We had a horrible experience with them when getting our fridge repaired. They took the fridge away and charged AED 650. When the fridge was returned it was not working. Call them and was told to wait for 8 hours before it would cool. After 8 hours still not working, the man comes and gets it working. After one week it breaks again. They pick it up and return it and charge AED 75. It was still not working. After numerous calls, someone comes and says that it will cost AED 500 to fix. They refused to honor their warranty and started giving excuses on why they cannot have this under their warranty

    The best in town ! Very unprofessional technical team They took our cooking range fr deep cleaning n was promised to be delivered same evening by lady receptionist When called in evening she says due to less staff technical team the cooking range is incomplete. So called nxt day same answer . And after 2 days the answer came the glass was broken handle too broken will take time shipment on way.n original white glass was changed to black which is not clean too. N wS delivered after 1 week.was found handle broken. Is it not their responsibility to gv new piece if they R professional. How come they wk so unprofessional. Inspite of calling them am given deaf ear .only excuses given Damaged was repaired by them after 2 months as soon as they received the broken parts from company Problem was solved.

    The name is wrong ... they should keep worst in town .... its useless to do work with this company ... n when the complaints will come they will not answer your call... they will take money n thats at ...thats not their responsibilities even the work is not done ... after complaint they will ask money again n again ... n if youll complain for that they will not answer your call at all ... this is worst company I have ever seen... I will go to legal authorities to give them good Lesson that they will not do this things again to anyone ...

    They fixed our washing machine for 600 AED within 15 min at their workshop. When they brought the machine back, there was a cockroach running from inside the machine. Also I asked them to check how much would cost to change the water heater mounted in the ceiling. They wanted to charge 75 AED for telling the price. I told the receptionist on the phone that they can tell us the price without charge, because they will bring our washing machine back so at the same time they can see and tell us the cost of changing water heater. She was insisting for charging extra 75 AED. At the end, there was no calls or emails about the price of water heater installation. I called them a few times inquiring how much it costs. The receptionist promised to email me the price. I didnt receive anything. I called her again. She promised to call me back. I never heard from them again. Very unprofessional. We found a different company

    The worst ever repair comany ,first of all they damaged the door paint while transporting the fridge ,the fridge got fixed in 2days but broke down in less than 10days ??they fixed it again and got it back in 1day but i got charged 70 dirhams ,so dont trust the warrenty .and btw the fridge is still leaking water on the floor till now but i dont care any more. My advice is to buy a new fridge rather than going through all this pain.

    Change your NAME in W.I.t Worstein town This Company does not diserve to named a professional Company at all Extremely, typical India Company. Promise everthing, doing Nothing. It very likely that they dont have the technical capability to fix it properly. On thing were they are the best, "We come Tomorrow", which does not happen at all. If you Need be prephared for weeks of nothing. Your machnine will not look the same after, because of inapproriate Transportation. You will receive with dents and scratches you havent seen before. Dont believe they will fix em or compansate you for their failures, no they look for secondary failures to Charge you more. They are liers in any way you can think off AVOID THIS COMPANY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, THEY ARE NOT CALLING BACK ABSOLUTELY NO SENESE OF COSTUMER SERVICE ARROGANT demolishing more than they are fixing

    The worst in town! I had a problem with my washing machine: it was not drying my clothes properly. Those guys came and charged 400 dirhams for the repair. When they delivered, I payed in advance without testing because It takes 3 hours to do the full test. I tested at the same day and it was not working. I called them, they took back again and after several attempts of chasing them, they finally delivered a second time. For the second time it was not working. Same process... 1 more week chasing them Third time..... STILL NOT WORKING! I asked for my money back, they dont want to give. I will have to call the police. To sum up: 1: They say they will call you back and never call you again 2: They say they will arrive at a certain day and a certain time and never show up or arrive 2 hours late 3: They say they fixed and its working perfectly and when they install it, it doesnt work 4: They refuse to give your money back If you want to have headaches, loose your money and spend your time, call this guys. They are definitely the worst in town.

    The worst repair experience ever had. They repaired my dryer and charged me 400dhs for it and after a few days it stopped working, so they charged me another 250. Again after a few days it stopped working and they stopped taking my calls. From my experience this is the worst repair company that I have ever experienced. Please do not go to them as they are a bunch of un professionals who take advantage of Customers. I think they should be sued.

    Whoever deals with this company, will come across with nightmare service, rude people and unpromising talking. They take your money and will never ever fix your equipment even you need it urgent. If you arrange meeting for picking your broken item, they will come 3-5 hours late from the hour that you had expected. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR HEALTH AND TIME, COPING WITH THE ISSUES THAT NEVER OCCURRED.

    Worst in Town! They came to pick up my oven, said there will be no charge if we do not give the go ahead to fix it. Next day, called me and said AED 350 for the repair. I said the oven only cost 550 and it is 2 years old. So, please do not fix it, just give it back. They said, okay, we will give it back, but service charge is 200 AED. When I ask them why they didnt mention about the service charge when they picked up the oven, they say it is just "Common Sense" that there will be a service charge!! Now I dont know what to do. Should I pay 200 and get it back, or should I pay 350 and repair it or should I just forget about it and buy a new one? I dont mind buying a new one but the thought of them still having my oven and later removing the spare parts and profiting from selling it is killing me. What to do? Mhh.... I wish I read these reviews before I called them....

    One of the worst service providers. They know how to make money, the key is that they call themselves as best in town and dont care about after sales service, or any warranty. Called them, came to my shop and right away charged 150Dhs for the first visit. Then, took my chiller, and charged 250dhs and said that they have repaired it. However, nothing has been fixed and it was the same as before with the same problem. Called them, and asked them to take it and fix it, as I have warranty. But this time again, they took it and brought it back with no change. Now I am chasing them with no hope. Basically, their receptionist keeps promising me that the technician will come, and when I ask to connect me to the manager, they are always in a meeting, it feels like they are discussing the global warming issues or financial crisis, which takes them ages on a meeting. Of course it is a lie. They just dont care about clients. Very bad! Dont trust them and dont waste your money. Be careful!!!

    This is worst service provider, I have seen. I have my washing machine repaired from them, They promised thorough checkup and charged AED250 (strict). But when I received my machine back in home, it started making loud noise and electric spark. I called them, and they took away my machine. Stopped responding my calls, no calls from them, frequently disconnecting my calls, placing my call on hold..etc. After a two days of try, they started asking for AED 50 extra and not allowing thorough testing at home. My machine is still with them. I have launched complain with Consumer forum for soluton.

    I have a very bad experience with this company. They repaired my Panasonic microwave Oven twice in a span of 2 weeks. Again, when I called them, there was very poor response. Instead of fixing the problem, BIT suggested me to buy another oven.I am not sure of their technical capability.
