Sadaf SiddiquiI dont know where to start! A fantastic society.. with spacious , luxurious apartments , some of them furnished too. First class facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, lawn, childrens play area ,steam and sauna room all of which are very well maintained. Location is excellent for peace and quiet and a lovely breeze. The view is great too as there are no buildings or factories right next to it. One of its biggest plus points is its proximity to the UAE metro exchange station. The Galleries which have companies and restaurants is also closeby. This is an upcoming society with lovely people all wanting to get to know and help each other.

Ali KhanThe building is good built but beware of chiller charges. The rent is ok but when you pay monthly bill of 1000 dhs for chiller you really feel that it is not the right option.

Nouman QaiserA reasonable place to live with Metro Station and a small grocery shop nearby(1.1km, 15mins walk). If you donot drive and want a funrnised cheap place it may be suitable for you. However surrounding of the building present the view of a deserted construction site which is very bad and hardly worth going even for a walk. Apart from that the chiller company (logic) here is charging around 400-500aed extra per month over your bill as a ripoff which you MUST be aware and calculate in your budget.

Sajin SeethiNice hotel apartment. Good furnishing. AC is not that great in the apartments and you need to pay huge amount per month which is fixed and usage charges separately. Theres not much of a surrounding. But security is good and is located against all the traffic. Theres a metro station nearby(500mts). Most bank ATMs are also there. Not a lot of food delivery is available here after 6pm or 8pm. But still Pizza Hut, Texas fried chicken and some Arabic food restaurant delivers late after 8pm as well. Pool and gym access are decent. Not crowded usually. Theres a mini mart right below the building for groceries and they also deliver for free.
