Saif AbdullahGood day! I would like to comment, about what i experience . This happened only this afternoon. When I enter the hotel, all the staffs are very welcoming and very hospitable when they assist me, but when one guy, (a big guy, who was an egyptian guy wearing a suit, is not so hospitable, the way he ask me, saying.."what are you doing here?" it seems like he looks at me as a bad guy , then i said to him, ok i will go. But the way, he finish his word towards me, its kinda rude. But all is very well in this hotel, especially the customer service. Thanks to the doorman, i forgot his name , tiva and a filipina reception, keep up guys. I work in a hospitality industry also , but Im not doing this to our guests , rich or poor same treatment. Anyway, keep up guys your good customer service. And I hope the guy , before, should change his attitude towards guests.

Karolina SowaLocation close to the airport and old town so ok. But the all hotel experience poor. Not a very hot wather to take a shower very poor choice of fruits and i general food for brekfast. Only one plus was the staff with smile !

Krutika HampannavarI had 5 night and 6 days stay here from 23 january 2017 to 29 january 2017 with my family.We stayed in two bedroom studio apartment fully equipped and the amenities were good and well maintained.House keeping and other staff were good .The complimentary breakfast served in the hotel was good .The hospitality of staff at the morning hours for the breakfast was good specially Monicas approach was very humble and polite. But the approach and hospitality at the Al Haj Bundoo Khan in the evening was very poor and irritating.Even though it was 2 bedrooms apartment ,in this digital era there were only 3 charging power points which were insufficient to charge cell phones,laptops,camera etc simultaneously.

Selman Al-alyawyThis hotel diserves more the 4.3 star the people who work there are really good they respect every one the food and restaurant is nice and weve been there 3 times within 2 months my whole family love this hotel the managers are very nice and security and the room services they are really clean and they have an all you buffet and hopefully we are coming in the next New Years thanks so much to everyone who worked there

Olia PetrovaI stayed in this hotel 5 days.This time was so wonderful for me.Location is good,room is good food is good as well as staff.especial a man from Uzbekistan his name is Uchkun.He was so helpful during our staying there,we could be more comfortable because of him.me and my husband very thankfully for him.we will come back again!!!!

Andrew LeeHorrible. I arrived late evening. Noticed the rubbish bin was full. Sat it outside the door on my way to dinner. Got back and turned down a made bed to find filfty dirt sheets. Further look showed the whole room dirty. Even the lift call panels are untouchably dirty. Terrible staff. Un acceptable

yagob alghareebفندق مناسب جدآ للعوائل إذا كان سعره مناسب لميزانيتك لوجود فنادق أفضل منه بكثير من ناحيه النظافة والمرافق . يوجد بالقرب منه مقاهي وسوبر ماركت ولدي ملاحظة عن بركة السباحة وجودها في السطح وغير مناسبة للأطفال بسبب صعود الدرج من أجل الوصول إلى المسبح والباب يفتح الساعة ٧ صباحآ ويغلق الساعة ٧ مساء .

Muhd Muhdمكان جدا ممتاز بالنسبة للموقع والنظافة والخدمة والاسعار والتعامل جدا راقي واخلاق انصحكم بزيارتة والفندق هادي جدا بالغرف مافيه ازعاج ابد يوجد مسبح ونادي صحي ايضا يوجد بقرب منه مطاعم كوفيات سوبر ماركت ايضا الكثير من المحلات التجارية والمجمعات الموقع جدا جدا ممتاز وايضا قريب منك شارع الرقة الذي يوجد فيه عدة مطاعم وكوفيات ومحلات متنوعه وجيدة .
