Darren WoodWithout a doubt, the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Rude, inconsiderate lobby staff; utterly incompetent and disinterested in providing a modicum of good service. I booked a king bed, and was given a room with two twins. When I went to reception, I was told (rudely, I might add) that housekeeping would come up and push the beds together. When I said I would prefer to have the room that I paid for, the receptionist told me to wait while he helped three separate customers. No apologies, no acknowledgement of the terrible service. It was bewildering. I ended up arriving late to a meeting. Terrible housekeeping; would take bath towels without replacing them. Had to call multiple times for replacements. Hotel charges 200 AED to store luggage past 4 hours. Light in bathroom did not work. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this establishment.

muhammad khurram iqbalMe stated there 6 nights, had a full apartment, the best thing about it is its location, you can metro at your door step, local grocery shop nearby, some good food chains nearby, taxi available 24 hours, can access both sides of the city, room service is just ok

M DebsI stayed at this place when the hotel was what seem to be construction, the toilet was the worst, it made the entire room smell of sewage, complaining and nothing gets done about it. My room was fairly small for a one bed apartment, no view, extremely dirty windows and balcony, pls dont open, the dust is dreadful. The lift is small and cramped, reception staff seems to be in daze famous for staring when you pass. I stayed their because of easy commute and the metro station is literally at the front of hotel. Its not a place to bring your family as nothing to do, although some shops and eating places are in the vicinity I still think its good just for a night no more. No way to rate this place a 3 star. Good luck

Syed FawazWorst Ever Experience! 15 days and Checking out today in sheer frustration. Staff doesnot respond at all. Washing machine qas broken and couldnt be fixed despite several calls to reception. I have requsted bottle of water from room service and they took 4 hours after several reminders. Housing keeping is absent for the last 3 days. The lady at the reception is very uncourtious and rude. I am speechleas as I find it hard to explain that this is happening in city like Dubai. I Strictly Dont Recommend Anyone. I believe everyplace in Dubai is better than this.

Jasmine TalrejaWorst service I have ever seen. People were waiting for hours and the staff lady threw the money back at the customers. She was still very confident about her position indicating the hotel in itself doesnt care about customer service. The check in did not happen for hours later and they did not provide any info on whether the room was available at all. If you want to be shocked at how low customer service can go please go ahead.

FATAL, TERRIBLE Y UN FRAUDE. el hotel descuidado, habitaciones horribles, deterioradas, sucias, nada sirve, la comida es una mierda, la piscina caliente, encerrada y todo super húmedo, nada es relajante, todo es feo y saben que es lo peor de todo? la atención de sus empleados. son unos mal educados, no saben ni las principales normas de cortesía, no saben pedir permiso, ni gracias y un como estas por educación. fatal mi experiencia en este hotel, jamas había visitado uno tan malo, ademas de costoso para lo que ofrecen. jamas volvería.
