Nice opportunity for investment or living. They have projects to feet in any budget. I met of their sales agent Ms. Sanaz, she was vey much knowledgeable and polite. She had spent few hours to brief me about different projects and showed me show villa. Actually she is salesman whom can sell refrigerator to Eskimos:) Thank all her effort!

Damac sucks. Stay away from their properties. Absolute no regard for customers or their investments. Their projects are late by years. Properties are handed over without community being developed. This ruins your chances of selling or renting. In short, go invest somewhere else.
