I lived there peacefully for 5 years, my last year was a nightmare, the building manager changed, and they Brought a man who knows nothing about responsiblity. Our neighbours used to breed cats in a building and we got so sick, we always smell urine and blood because one of the cats got sick, the neighbours had a very strange mentality and never understood or acted as human beings when we informed them, when we told the manager, he started to reply of ignorance and said he is investigating , after 4 months his tongue slipped that he knew about the neighbour, when we told if something happened to us what he will do, he replied that this would be a criminal case. I travelled for one week and returned to find my kitchen falling apart an full of mold, when we brought him, he said that because we closed the dishwasher not because of the leak of the side of the building. thankfully we left, but I lost my money and left before 3 months of my rental and they returned nothing.
The building is full of pets though its against law to have pets in a building with no windows or balconies. , floor tiles suddenly explode in several apartments, AC is full of mold, and if you by chance passed by 31 floor, you will smell the barn yard I used to live near.
