Dimple UppalENBD is one of the largest banks of Dubai, but quite sadly while you have some very good online features etc, I have been disappointed over and over again by the sales people you have hired which is why I am now writing this negative review which i normally do not like doing. We visited your BMW showroom, all ready to go ahead with the purchase upon loan approval, however, the sales lady there was very uncourteous in her conversation throughout. We asked a simple question about what your early loan settlement fees are. She said 1% and when we asked her to put it in an email, she got even more rude in her reply and said no one in the bank will ever put it in writing. My question then to you guys is, why provide misleading information to customers? Is it right that you will say things to us at the time of selling your loan to us which you then are scared to put in writing? Basically, your staff is very poorly trained and unpolished and they need to understand that many people, like us, are approaching them AFTER receiving unsolicited calls after calls after calls from your call centres and they need to accord respect when talking to clients even if they are unable to provide any service. Lastly, ENBD would do well not mouthing off stuff they cant put in writing.
