Very very bad water park, many raids are closed, those who visiting first time without proper polyester dress, for them cost nearly 200AED, without that you cant enter, in case you hungry no facility to drink water, in shops 500ml water bottle 5 AED, food 40aed, need more improvements in facility, bad securities etc, pls dont visit this location.

Went there during eid holidays .... i had a very nice and a pleasant day , the park is huge , rides are fun , and the park is well maintained and organised . Didnt have to wait long for my turns , very good experience all together . Best part about the park is that the food and beverages are very reasonable .

Amazing day spent at iceland waterpark!! This place deserves more credit than given! Went today on a Thursday and was lovely and quiet and had no queues and the staff are extremely friendly. There is literally something for everyone to do!! Food is well priced too. After visiting wild wadi and aqua venture on several occasions I was afraid it was not going to meet the standards but I was wrong! I actually preferred it to wild wadi!! Thank you for an amazing day iceland and will defo be visiting again!

A very wonderful and joyful place filled with excitement , energy and so on..!!!!1 From experience Do not come here without a proper swimming costume. Come early to utilize ur day to its highest and to stay away from rush and problems!!! Lots of different types of rides but remember patience is key here. There is like a secret cave like area which u can go thru and have a nyc overview of the entire park. Coming with friends will be great So come in groups. Very much recommended!!!!1

I had visited park with my family on 15th May. I had lot of expectations but was disappointed for various reasons as below : No proper facilities (less life guards,scarcity of life jackets and tubes,no enough dresses available in the shop) noticed everywhere fighting and not a conducive for family outing. long ques for every rides, rides are delayed due to less manpower less of water depth at the end of rides less force of water due to getting struck in the slides causing fear security were not clear on rules. in some rides life guards refused rides due clothes are cotton. please note same not mentioned in the online ticket which I had purchased through dealglobber. I do not recommend to my friends

I visited this park this spring with my two children. After paying and entering the park we immediately found out that they were cleaning the pools from debris and had closed more than half of the attractions. We walked around the area only to see that same sight: closed attractions (some even without water due to repairs). The desk never mentioned this when we paid for the entrance. Walking around the park, one could clearly see that most attractions was ragged and it was not very clean. One of the employees cleaing one of the attractions even told me that he didnt understand why the managment didnt close the park temporarily to clean it up properly. My kids were very dissapointed and we only stayed for 10 minutes, after which we decided to go back and claim a refund. The desk refused and after i demanded to talk to some managment i finally got to talk to their "operations manager" who claimed (i kid you not) that i was lying about the closed attractions (imagine the rudeness of that). When i wanted to see his manager i was told that he/she was not there that day. Since that day (late feb. 2015) i have been in mail-contact with them almost every week. They have promised me to reimburse me - of course, this has never happened. Given the bad customer service and the bad shape of this waterpark i would honestly recommend against a visit there. There are better waterparks if you are willing to go to Dubai instead. I will never set my foot there again.

В этом аквапарке 2 раз, отличный парк для проведения досуга с детьми . Для мелких большая зона, а для с 6и лет и до 15и вообще рай. И папам и мамам найдётся чем заняться. Но правда в том что в Дубаи аквапарк круче.

Navstivili sme tento aquapark a vrelo ho odporucam aj dalsim. Boli sme tu v maji a vazne vo vnutri nas bolo asi 10 ludi, takze spokojnost nadmieru. Neoplati sa priplacat si za skrinky, do ktorych si date svoje osobne veci. Tu sa nekradne, takze ich mozete mat pokojne aj so sebou na lehatku. Atrakcie stoja za to, skusil/li som vsetko, co tu je. Najvacsi dojem vo mne vsak zanechala skupina troch toboganov - Mount Atack. Vyskusal som vsetky tri, ale ten najvyssi, tak to bola supa. Ta rychlost dole bola neuveritelna. Taktiez skakanie z mostika do vody - Penguin Fall, tiez stal za to. Trvalo mi asi 10 min pokial som sa odhodlal skocit. Ale potom som si to uz uziival. Mount Cyclone je tiez pecka. Vypluje vas to do tej velkej vylevky a ked neviete, do coho idete, tak je to poriadny adrenalin. My sme totizto vysli hore a bez citania, sme sa vrhli dole. Na strane druhej, netreba si vsimat tie gycove veci dookola, pretoze to je des a hroza. Mam na mysli cely ten napad postavit aquapark v style zamrznutej krajiny. V mnohych smeroch mi to pripominalo gycovy Egypt. Chlapci, za toto palec dole. Ale co sa tyka samotnych atrakcii, tak tie stali za to. A tu davam palec hore.
