Great hotel with excellent service and an amazing view. The food was always very good and cooked and presented with love. The beach and the pools were very nice and it was easy to get a good place. The rooms were very clean and I recommend you, to book a villa with private pool if possible. The stuff was very friendly and fulfilled all wishes very fast. The bars are very comfortable and nice. There is just one problem with the hotel. The drinks and food excluded from all-inclusive and after 11pm are a bit too expensive for my opinion. Overall the hotel is very recommendable!!!! I had a great time.

Very nice place. Our stay was half board in the premium two bed room villa. It is more than we cold have imagined. The staff were very helpful and made or stay that much better. The shuttles were a little bit of a wait at times but only during dinner time. We would reccommend this place.

Lovely oasis in the middle of a storm. Approach road makes you think you have made a bad decision but as soon as you enter the cove you are transported into a different world. No cars, no traffic, just peace and tranquility. Rooms are spacious and nicely finished. lots of places to walk and see. A very peaceful getaway.

horrible experience, service wise it was very dissapointing. beautiful place no doubt but when customers are treated the way, nobody wants to return back for a second time, we were pulled out of the pool to register and sign that was the first time that has ever happened with us. early morning way before check out time they kept knocking on the door finally when we answered all they wanted to ask is when are we checking out, i think theres a phone in every room for a purpose? then he comes again after a while, we were all sleeping he kept knocking again, all he wanted to ask was " have we used anything from the mini bar " i mean seriously where does this happen. never in my past experience staying anywhere.

The most important thing in a 5 star hotel is cleanliness, this hotel is far from clean, furniture was dirty and there were insects in the bathroom and the kitchenware, pillows were smudged with different kinds of dirty oils and the smell was really bad, couldnt spend the night and decided to check out early. If youre going to Ras Al Khaima I would recommend you check Waldorf astoria in alhamra which has similar prices and a true 5 star hotel

There is a pool that is always empty because it isnt temperature controlled. So all guests must use the only one controlled pool. Its great for couples but not families. The rooms are lovely and quaint but the facilities are lacking. There definitely needs to be a third restaurant too.

This place is close to heart, we came here the first time being invited by one of our friends and the place is amazing, its like a Santorini in UAE. The next time we went was for a more intimate celebrations and the ambiance fits perfectly what we are celebrating. The food was great, the infinity pool is great, the free buggy ride to get around is great, and the only thing I can use that adjective for is the beach, the texture of the ground feels more like mud than sand. Id go back here if I get the chance, the price is a little steep and the only reason we were able to afford it is because of a promotion. Hope to spend more time here in the future.

You cant get a sun lounger by the pool. Guests are apparently allowed to leave a towel on a lounger bed and go away to the bar or restaurant for hours and staff will not let you use the loungers that have been left alone for hours at a time. اسوأ فندق سكنته في الامارات.. بالنسبه للسعر طبعا.. وانا اعتبر نفسي سكنت كثير.. الاداراه تعبانه. سكنت ثلاث ايم في العيد. اخذت فيلا. درجه الحراره في الغرفه كانت من 23 الى 26 درجه سيليزيه. 3 ايام وانا اشتكي بدون فايده.

بصراحة تامة والله انه فاشل بنظري أولاً النت لو تبينه لازم تروحي الريسبشن تقعدي هناك عشان النت وثانياً واهم شي غالي علفاضي والله انا حاجزه مع عيالي غرفتين مع مسبح خاص اونه عشان يرتاحوا عيالي ونسبح كلنا فيه يعني خصوصية وآخر شي أنصدم ان المسبح ثلج بارد والله محد قدر يسبح فيه ويوم رحت أكلمهم قالوا لو تبين مسبح ماي حار لازم تتسبحون فمسبح الفندق برع مع الناس يعني يا سلام عيل ليش انا دافعه 2614 درهم في الليله حرام والله علفاضي سكنت محد استانس لان المسبح العام كلهم اجانب وتعرفوا عاد لبسهم استحي أودي عيالي معاهم عيب يعني وماعجبني ها راي الخاص وسكنت فيه 22/1/2016
