Place is nice, but considering the Kempinski brand, I think its below the expectations.. Long check in process, thats first,,, and normal quality finishing from my point of view.. Even the staff were nice welcoming people... But the AC was hot.. I think its to be more environment friendly.. The tiles in the rooms was artificial granite, while my expectations was to find marble everywhere.

The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful and has a good view, but the service is poor as they only have one restaurant, which is not clean at all (I found a fly in my beverage). They dont have much facilities and activities that you can enjoy during your stay, except for the swimming pool and beach. In general the hotel is good for big families.

The place is very beautiful, I booked a suite consisting of two rooms, a living room and a private swimming pool, but during the Check in, the treatment of staff reception like they dont trust you, I made my reservation was in a period of 23 to August 31, 2014, I have to pay 1200 KD which = 4200 US dollar nearby since July 2014, however, they asked me 630 KD deposit which = 2,200 US dollars, and when I asked why? their answer was to the mini-bar!. The service is excellent, excellent room service, swimming pool as I thought it private, yes it is a private for guest to use only but the privacy that has not is because of any guest living in the upper floor has a Balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Staff specialists swimming pool maintenance does not have clean it daily Ive told this to my hotel management and they were attuned and thank them for it, especially Walid receptionist, Sarah his responsible Stayed August 2014, traveled with family

В Общем Неплохо ! Есть Недостатки, в комнатах Всюду Кафель !!! Босиком Ходить Холодно и Скользко, с Детьми Вообще Кошмар, Бегают и подскальзываются и ещё Холодные полы. В душевой Вода еле бежит, ванны вообще Непонятно для чего !!! ??? Биде во всех трёх туалетах ( номер с двумя спальнями) явно для антуража ( должны быть но пользоваться, это надо ухитриться на них умаститься ( мы не толстые и даже Не полные ) !!! А Так в Общем, Всё Хорошо !!!
