Loving the stay so far with my wife and 7 years, 6 years and 3 months old children. Although there are major renovation taking place it hasnt caused us any problems. The heat as you should know this time of the year is VERY HOT... Advice: Taxi is always available but not cheap. Exchange your money in Dubai for better rates but have some on you just in case. Try as much as you can, all varieties of restaurants available for you within Jumeirah group in different hotels and included. Staying in main land gives you better access to many facilities. The beach that is part of Jumeirah beach hotel is amazing. The water park may be part of your stay and included and is for all ages. Enjoy it... Much more can be said. I will end by saying i enjoyed it very much hope you enjoy it as well.

Hotel and services are excellent, however some staff are irritating as they keep asking us every now and then if we check in on the hotel or are we a jumeirah staff, They asked this because we are Filipino, they taught we cannot afford to stay on this 5 Star Hotel. This is racist. White people, Arabic and Indians they did not questioning. The worst experienced was when we ate in Jamies Italian Restaurant to celebrate my sisters birthday and outside the restaurant one Indian staff asked my husband where they are going.

We visited with our two young sons in June parts of the hotel were under renovation the kids club and pool and some of the rooms and the beach were being worked on mainly in the evening, the only time you could really hear anything that would cause annoyance was when out on the balcony and even then it wasnt too much of a disturbance, in fact it was interesting to see how much work was completed during the 6 night we stayed. We had a balcony room on the 6th floor with amazing views of the Burj al arab and the marina. The room was quiet nice with a few nice touches like touch screen operated curtians and lights. Tea and coffee is provided in the room free of charge and is replenished at least twice a day and you can call for more tea auger milk etc when needed . We stayed half board which meant we could have breakfast at the hotel and Lunch or dinner each day at the many Jumeirah group hotels restaurants, there are lots of restaurants to dine at some better then others, the English themed pub inside the beach hotel is loud and the food menu isnt great at all. Still nice settings and authentic because its loud with people drinking to excess. The service provided by the staff vairys from rude to perfect. The cleaning staff are all polite and extremely helpful and genuinely nice guys, the staff at the desk were helpful and mostly poliet, the guy at the door who greets you (PETER) is one of the nicest hotel workers we have met he was fantastic with the kids a true gentleman and special thanks to Peter. Also a man who worked at the breakfast buffet was another true gentleman who really made our stay special Im sorry I cant remember his name he is from India and his name begins with K, like Peter he was great with our children and we will always remember there hospitality. The spa and gym are morden overlooking the marina and sea, the spa isnt that great in my opinion I prefer the ottoman spar at the zabeel Saray. The wild wadi is connected to the hotels grounds which was gives beach hotel user free admission, a fantastic place plenty of life gaurds everywhere which gives you a sence of safty. Its a perfect hotel if you have children or are looking for something a bit more laid back, we have previously stayed at the zabeel Saray which is perfect but as a family the beach hotel is a better choice. Thanks again to Peter and the Indian guy K who was a waiter at the breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel and complex. The free entry into Wild Wadi is a real bonus, and the facilities for kids are great. The amenities are top notch (luxury toiletries, etc) and the staff go the extra mile to make your stay a nice one (e.g. give the kids free sunglasses, free ice cream, etc). Service really is superb. Only negative is the price of food and drink is extortionate. £50 for a continental breakfast for two is OTT. Though thats partly the pounds fault as well...!

The guy who checked us in was fab... will forever remember him.. he was so good with my niece.. we got upgraded to a suite.. they gave us a cake and a birthday card for my niece aswell.. the beds were nice and soft... room has carpets so its good for the kids to crawl around.. balcony was beautiful.. beautiful view not only from the balcony but from each window in both rooms...bathroom was really nice comfy chairs and sofa.. was so good that we all are coming back here for full 7days with the family next year...

Just too much and the opposite of cozy. Feels crowded, long internal walks, you have a lot to figure out which makes it tiring. I stayed in 3 hotels in the UAE this one by far the worst. Upon arrival at 3pm our room was not ready and had to wait 50 minutes. Key didnt work. Extra beds requested 3 times in advance were still not ready by 10pm and in the morning we had a 30 people line to get in the breakfast room! Overall dissappointed that what i thought would be a grand closure turned out to be exactly the opposite. Positives are the view and size of room. Room is also outdated and bathroom decor super cheap. By the way you get access to waterpark from all Jumeirah hotels.

The Jumeirah Beach Hotel is the best hotel i have stayed at, the staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces, the view from my room was amazing we had clear view of the burj al arab. It may have been hot at times but at most places there is shade. The leisure pool was very nice and had a jacuzzi and a pool jacuzzi with a pool bar not far from the main pool entrance. I would recommend the Jumeirah Beach Hotel to everyone.

Not for couples or solo travellers. Because of its close proximity to Wadi Water this places is just inundated with kids. It almost resembles a preschool at times rather than a hotel. Added to this they massively over charge for everything. Its bloody disgusting to be charged £5.00 for a can of coke etc, when if you go to a shop in the city you get the same for 10 - 20p. The lobby is tiny and unimpressive and the desk staff seem undertrained and clueless. It takes them forever to do anything and there is almost always a line of people there. There are over zealous security staff at the elevators who insist on asking your room number and surname almost every time you want to use the lift, they can be very rude and aggresive. We meant to use the restaurant on the top floor but also the same issue with rude and aggressive staff who because we were improperly dressed would not allow us to take a look at the restaurant before booking, as they have a dress code; fing joke. The eatery on the beach insists on a minimum charge per head policy, even though the place is almost always 50% empty. I could continue but suffice to say the negatives here far outweigh the postivies and I will not be going back.

I just cant give this hotel a 5, it was close to a 5 on many fields though, but for the price, close to a 2-3 on many fields as well. The service definitely deserves a 5, no matter for what price it was, the service is fantastic. The food, a steady 4, great buffet and nice, pretty restaurants at the beach. For me personally, the 4 is also because of the rooms, too small and too simple for the price. Our bath and door lock were broken, no-one realised and it had to be fixed after two days. That was the only negative thing about it, apart from that, fantastic hotel, and definitely worth a stay.

Ironically, i have not stayed there. But i was a member in their gym/spa and facilities for a period of time. I mean the place is just amazing, there is a gym/spa/pool/cross fit area, i mean every thing. You have a direct view of burj al arab, the swimming pool both the track pool and the leisure pool. One nice thing i always found was the guy that walks around with free ice cream lol. This place has everything, a great getaway. The rooms, i am not quite sure as i have not stayed there.

Hotel is good in terms of standards and amenities. What I disliked was that I lost two important packets in the hotel and could not find them again. One of them contained my sons favorite toy, big enough to get noticed, which I clearly remembered I left on the bed before checking out. I called the lost and found team within hours of check out to inquire about it. They did call us back, only to inform us that they cud not find it. How can the room service not find such a big packet kept right on the bed is what is bothering me the most. I will get a new toy for my son but I definitely am disappointed by the staff at the hotel.

Food was delicious, but the location was a bit off as it seems the restaurant was a bit of a half and half as it seems they were squeezed through the area. As a travel agent I can highly recommend this hotel and so can the other many repeat clients. It doesnt look like much as you pull in but once you enter its majestic! The staff is helpful and the manager is delightful. There are several restaurants and you will not go hungry. Breakfast buffet is like eating around the world. They serve dumplings a full variety of Asian, Indian, Arab, Crepes and Eggs. There are 3 rooms of food with salads, fruits, cakes, cheeses and meats. There are pools for families and for younger children with fountains and slides. The beach has an area for sports, a marina and a beach. On the beach they have a pool boy giving out ices and its very refreshing. The pool walk to the beach is long and its a hike if you have to go to the bathroom. Another great part about staying here is that the hotel owns WILD WADI and you get free admission to the waterpark. Its all about fun here. There is also floor 2 with shopping and I do recommend you see the tailor and get some hand made shirts You will not regret the prices. The rooms of course are top notch and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well! Ask me when booking this hotel.

Als Teil des Jumeirah Komplexes hat man zusätzlich auch noch Zutritt zu den nahegelegenen Hotels, sodass man besonders Kulinarisch Zugriff auf 18 + Restaurants hat. Der Blick ist gigantisch, direkt auf das Burj Al Arab, welches besonders bei Nacht eine Augenweide ist. Vereinzelt ist das Personal leider unfreundlich und ggf unkompetent, wobei es auch viele Gegenbeispiele gibt. Schöne Zimmer, schöner Urlaub. Jedoch merkt man, dass das Hotel über 600 Zimmer hat, dementsprechend ist es oft voll und unruhig. In dem Punkt ist das Mina A Salam wesentlich ruhiger...
