This is one of my favourite resorts. Set up by the beach, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah resort & spa is divided into two sections; hotel block and villas. One can walk around the property though its advisable to use the club cars if going from one end to another. There are 5 swimming pools with the salt water pool being a favourite of many. You have plenty of food and beverage options with Pura Vida getting a special mention for the all you can eat beef nights. You also have lots of activities at the resort that will keep everyone occupied if theyre not by the beach or pool. Great ambiance.

Just arrived and not impressed at all. We have been told to pay extra £2000 pounds just to go all inclusive from half board.Also they are going to move us in two days becuse of refurbishment. Not a good start at all.!!!! However after complaining they moved us into a suite in the main hotel which is lovely. So 4 stars for that. There is only one bar which is small & smokey as everyone sits at the main reception for drinks. Also be careful with the all inclusive as everything isnt included and you have an allonce of 70 Dorams per person and you pay the diffraction, so our Italian dinner 2 Adults and 2 kids with our discount came to 770. Do make sure you have this package as a round of drinks could easy come to 40 pounds.!!! And if you like your drinks even water and coke you could easy have 400 pounds bar bill. Overall the staff are friendly and every helpful but I personally was expecting better facilities from the hotel and I found it to big. I am a fusy but most people do come back again so just bear in mind its expensive and not a lot to do after dinner 10 pm. I booked to come hear because of the good reviews but I wish some had mentioned some of the above. Happy holiday

This is the second Hotel part of the Hilton Ras al Khaimah. This one has the singular beach front. If you stay in the city hotel, you can use the hotel own bus shuttle for travel to there. Or you can go by your own car and get free entry and parking. You can have good leisure on the small beach, or you go to the beach for the locals next to the hotel. The beach Hilton has just all the regular facilities for European (inculding the bars ...).

Just returned from a two weeks holiday and I was extremely impressed with this hotel,the service received was great from start to end. Absolutely fantastic hotel,service was impeccable,food was great ,the only place we could drink alchool during ramadan so that was good for people that are worried not being able to drink during those times.The rooms were a good size,the toilets were clean,the pools were clean,family friendly, they have kids play area inside/outside,staff extremely courteous and attention to detail was shown ar every step of the way.We had a lot of activities to do during the day. I will be looking to go back at any time.

The Hilton Hotel Ras al Khaimah is the best address in the UAE you have to choose when you want to go on perfect holidays! We get picked up by a private driver from the airport to the hotel and the first impression due to the very kind welcoming of the hotel was quite pleasant. We got a great room with a perfect seaview. The room in the main buildung was modern. We were greeted very kindly for breakfast and dinner and assigned every time a very beautiful place for eating. The pool was amazing and the poolbar was inviting for cool drinks. The whole staff were all time courteous, polite and hospitable. The private beach was very clean and big, it was a perfect place to enjoy the view. It really make sense to book all inclusive. We got all time very good tips and support for excursions and sightseeing. Everything was optimally organized. We felt very well all time. At least we want to say many many thanks to all the staff, particulary to Sameh and Patra fom the concierge team, Julia from the front office, our buggydriver Al Amin and Avi and Earge from the restaurant. You made our holidays for an unforgetable experience.

Lovely hotel with great staff, beautiful rooms and lobby area. Whats great is it has a heated pool and heated kids pool. This is important in the winter months. Childrens club is lovely - staff amazing but could be more active e.g. Organised activities, treasure hunts etc. Its great when a bunch of friends go but less so when its just our 2 kids. No evening entertainment but its not a problem for us. We have been 4 times but the last time standards were not as good in some places. Service can be changeable!

An Excellent facilities with poor management, they dont care abut guests time or stuff. The lady that checked us in didnt give us an overview about the facilities we had to ask about everything.you need to call housekeeping so they do their job. if Room service order is less than 100 Dh they will charge you for the difference. Free valet parking, but you need to check your car cus I found dent on my car when I asked them about it instead of being professional they brought the dumpiest excuse I call security manager they told me he is busy and I have to wait for 45 min or more.

My Wife and I arrived at the hotel today to celebrate New Years Eve and spend the weekend. Decided to take my Wife to the Maarid Restaurant at the hotel for NYE Dinner. The quality of food at the restaurant was horrible! The attitude of the staff was even worse!! It seemed like they were serving us leftover food because we decided not to pay AED 900 for "Gala Dinner". When we complained the restaurant manager didnt even bother to show up. We were informed that other customers were complaining about the quality of food as well, but the restaurant manager was nowhere to be seen. Walked out of the restaurant and ended up have a burger and coke for the special NYE meal with my wife at a small cafe in the lobby. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel to anyone! There are other 5* hotels in the vicinity who are likely to offer better customer service and better value for money. Celebrate your special occasions anywhere but here. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Still at the hotel and I have one more night to go. Cant wait to get out of here. What a waste of money and a terrible way to start 2016 :(:(:( Ditching my Hilton Honors and sticking to IHG Priority Club in 2016.

+ Nice hotel + Nice rooms (but see also negative points) + really great food (buffet as well) + great All Inclusive menu at the Al Bahar restaurant + friendly staff in general + friendly and helpful concierge and checkin/out staff + great salt water pool + great gym (24h) + All inclusive available (dont go without it, its worth it, see below) + complimentary shuttle to RAK Malls + Shuttle to Dubai Mall (125 AED pP) three times a week (see - points below) - room showed some age (marks on the wooden bed, mirror etc...could and should be replaced in a 5*-Hilton, in my opinion) - prices very high (softdring 22 AED, Beer 1/2 pint 28 AED, small water 17 AED, coffee 19-23 AED, cocktails 45 AED, mocktails 35 AED) -> book All Inclusive so you dont have to bother - even when you booked All Inclusive, you have to sign each order (and wait for it...) - long waiting times at lobby bar (for drinks and check) and you (nearly) always have to waive the waiter, never comes by himself to take the order - been there for a week at beginning of December and every day they played many hours of the same x-mas music each day. Really?! - All Inclusive ends at 3pm the day of your check out. If your flight leaves late, you have to buy drinks and food...come on. - If the weather is bad (it can be...), you only have the lobby bar to spend time. - shuttle bus stops at another hotel, which adds an additional 30min to each drive (ca 2:30h total!) other points worth mentioning * There are four restaurants on the compound (in addition to the buffet). If you booked All Inclusive, you get 70 ADE pP of your check if you eat there. The arabian restaurant Al Bahar offers a (great - as all food) 3-course menu for AI-guests which is included. * We had a piano player in the lobby, which was nice as long as she didnt play x-mas songs. * There is one bar with live music, but its a smokers place and another (sports) bar, that was empty when we went in. There are no animations/shows (which can be good or bad). * The internet connection in the room (paid or free for hhonors members) is aweful.

The hotel facilities and swimming pool are good and really enjoyed it with the family but the rooms are dark and not lit properly, the sofas in the room and the lobby are not comfortable atttt all. The breakfast buffet is decent but could be much better. Dinner buffet was OK as well. In general, kids enjoyed it but us as parents, was not that comfortable.

We spent a week in this resort and it was the perfect escape from the freezing cold in Russia. Our room was a beach villa - perfect option if you are with kids - its with private garden area and swimming pool and we relaxed fully. The hotel is in a great location and has about 2km of coast line and about 6 swimming pools, including one salt-water, and many restaurants. Its an ideal get-away hotel. However, dont expect to do anything in the town of RAK as there is literally nothing there to do. Youll have to drive for an hour to Dubai for night life or city life. But if youre into relaxing and having some quite and romantic time, this hotel is the place. I like it better than the Hilton Fujaira.

Traumhafter Strand Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gute Auswahl beim Essen. Im Februar tolles nicht zu heisses Wetter. 2 Pools sind beheizt und angenehm warm. Das Meer ist mir persönlich zu kalt gewesen. Erholsamer toller Urlaub!

Pas grand chose à faire a Ras al Khaima même rien du tout, on ne retrouve pas le standing hôtelier de dubai. Même si le personnel est sympa ils insistent trop sur les tips en permanence, l’anglais est mal compris ou mal interpréter du coup erreurs en pagailles sur vos demandes. Le séjour est tout de même trop cher pour les services rendu. défaut de renseignements sur certain tarifs notamment des restaurants. Le seul potable est le resto de viande. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Хороший семейный отель. Еда вкусная, но меню повторяется каждые 3-4 дня. Можно позавтракать в аля-карт ресторане. Мебель подуставшая, нуждается в обновлении. По сравнению с соседним риксосом, нет очереди в основную столовую. Из отдыхающих, преобладают европейцы 50-75 лет (в основном немцы). Отель не молодежный.

Супер отель. Дьюти фри на территории отеля. Собственный пляж. Встретили Новый 2012 год. Теплое море. В этом году повторим. И вообще Эмигаты прикольно. Абсолютное не знание языка не является проблемой. БЕЗОПАСТНОСТЬ. Почтительное отношение к Закону. Дешего машину в аренду. Только надо международные права. В Италии значит и в Швейцарии "катят" Наши. А в ОАЭ какие то особенные.

In den letzten Pfingstferien waren wir dort. In dem Hotel ist uns aufgefallen, dass letztes Jahr das Essen besser war. Das Personal dort ist sehr freundlich, spricht aber nur Englisch. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön .Die Poollandschaft ist ebenso sehr schön.An einem Abend fahren wir im "Pura Vita", was pro Person ein einen minimalen Aufpreis kostete. Hatte dafür aber sehr sehr gutes Essen,welches wir sehr genossen haben
