The hotel is beautiful and romantic! Perfect for a Romantic getaway. All the staff at the hotel are amazing, and the exclusivity and amazing rooms do justify the price. My rating would be 5 star IF their reservations staff were better at communicating via phone and email. At times it felt like I was talking to a Robot and their replies felt like they were taken from a manual, it lacked the human element. Still highly recommend it, because in the end, they did everything I asked, even if they didnt inform me in advance (it was like a surprise), tho expect to empty your pockets.

One of the best resorts Ive stayed in ever! Stayed in a family room with pool access - brilliant to be able to walk straight into the pool for a morning swim. The kids loved it. Big room and huge bathroom. Service here is impeccable. Friendly staff and all amenities available. Clean beach and pool towels are lying on all deck chairs for everyones use. Free bottleled water will be available in the room. Absolutely recommended!

Nice looking hotel, could have better communication between the two lobbies. Good variety of restaurants, though wasnt keen on the buffet restaurant compared to other hotels. Located on the palm with nice views,but because of this its pretty far from the malls and other attractions. The beech is pretty good and thats where most of the guests are going to spend their time anyway.

The rooms are nice but they smell weird because of the very humid air and poor ventilation I assume. Pool is nice , lagunas are really nice , the breakfast selection is vast ,but the quality is poor . I was a resident there for a long term and the guy who is doing pancakes for over 2 years still didnt learn what a pancake is . Room service food is poor , has to be ordered from available hotel restaurants direct if you want a better quality . My car got scratched in the valet parking , and obviously no one took responsibility for it.

They really looked after us on our stay at anantara dubai spa and resort we had a lagoon access villa which was heavenly and the lagoon can be accessed 24/7 it was amazing coming into the room from a night out at 3am and jumping into the lagoon to have a little swim to cool down and go straight into the room. Highly recommended

Came here with our 8month baby on our first holiday! The lagoon access room was perfect for the family. We chose half board and mainly had breakfast and dinner ( which left room for us to explore Dubai ) the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had with plenty of options ( including a Gluten free table ) We booked the Australian , Thai and Beach bar restaurants for dinner ... the thai was 100% the best !!! In fact , the best we have ever had and the staff there are lovely !! We felt like the Beach Bar was less part of the hotel as the staff there were a little up themselves with no care in the world ( maybe the chilled out beach bar effect ) and was the most expensive meal we have had in Dubai ( lunch ) The hotel is well staffed with life guards on every corner , great guys with lovely family friendly personalities ! Thank you to the crew in the gym- Flora, Aye and Kathleen who also made our stay extra special! One Ugandan man - Jackson ( Lifeguard ) was a very nice man and made my son feel safe in the pool! All the spa staff were so nice too!! The thing that makes this hotel is the design , staff , location and SUN!! We will return soon!!

Absolutely Fantastic... Went for the Iftar Buffet as a first time experience. The staff from the Vallet service to the waitress serving you have been excellent. The spread of the buffet items very remarkable and the price for a variety of spread as such in a hotel like Anatara is very very affordable. AED:170 per person. Trust me I have paid more for something not worth 1/3rd the price. The conceirge, upon leaving, took the liberty to show me around the hotel and their facility learning that it was first time at the hotel. It is definitely not my last visit.

Love this hotel , We did not stay at the hotel this time , We just bought a day pass to use the pool and the beach area , We do that frequently and its always great . They have a small pool for the kids and its very close to the big pool so we can always see them around , I also love the bar in the pool so you can have your drinks while in the water . We always order food there on the beach , The menu is a little bit limited but I still like their Burger .

Great hotel. Very family friendly and not pretentious at all. Staff are always very helpful and polite. There are a variety of rooms including apartments which are good for larger families (e.g. for a family of 5) and then rooms closer to the main part of the hotel some of which are on the lagoons. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods to cater for all tastes. There are also some other restaurants to try on the hotel site (e.g. Bushmans, the Beach house, and a Thai one). The swimming pool is clean and has at least 2 lifeguards at all times. The kids club (Tuk Tuk) is well staffed and they are very friendly and look after kids very well. This was our second time here and we will definitely be back again!

Great oriental themed hotel on Palm Island. It is a bit further out from major attractions lik Burj Khalifa, but the quality and the atmosphere of the hotel worth the longer travel times. From the minute we checked-in to the moment we checked-out the the whole experience was absolutely magical. Ive stayed in other 5 star establishments, but what impressed me the most about Anantara was the people (their staff), they are so friendly and helpful. I would rate it on par, if not better, than Sandals. Loved it, looking forward to our next stay here!

This is a review of the bubbalicious brunch. At 650 with free flowing laurent perrier bubbly, this isnt an every friday kind of thing.. unless you dont fancy a savings account or youre one of those DIFC british execs who cant breathe on a friday unless frequenting an all you can brunch. Maybe once a year or so for me. But take a look at the pics. Dungeonous crab and atlantic lobster, a pork buffet, rotating sushi belt, authentic thai curries, premium steaks, foie gras, scallops, a huge oyster bar, desserts as far as the eye can see. This is culinary hedonism at its most extreme. Everything is delicious but you really have to choose wisely what you go for. Eat 4 or 5 of your favorites, not 20 or 30 of things you like and or may like. Thats the fastest way to ruin a brunch. Avoid shawarma and other local staples that you can get elsewhere for 10 dirhams. Thats how they get you and save money on their end. Best thing to do after the gluttony ends at 4 or so with a head full of champagne is to take a nice long nap.. great way to spend a friday! @ dan dubz

the website is saying something and in real life its something else, rooms are not the best, poor quality!, staff are not trained to handle issues , I have checked in and they gave me room 112 which is for disabled , the toilet was the hospital type no tub, what made me angry that the lady at the counter knew its a room for disabled clients and i had to wait to get another room! , the rooms smell really bad and dirty the furniture looks like its dirty and cheap copies, I dont recommend this hotel for people with taste and style! Its even everywhere the furniture looks really cheap, beach house resturant has a weak AC , after staying 2 nights I thought about to edit the review and add some positive things , I love the swimming pools , food is good not bad , I like some of the friendly staff , I might go back for the pool !!!!

The location and the layout of the hotel is brilliant. The rooms are nice as well, probably the best on the Palm. The food doesnt match the ambience though. In terms of variety, its fairly poor. Over all, its a 3.

The luxurious experience promised by the pictures on the website could have been a lot less if you try to depend on part of the staff of this resort. Upon arrival the dedicated over-the-water villa had an amazing view of a huge heap of sand and construction works. Some of the staff is so slow that we had to wait 1,5 hours to get a drink at the beach. Basically after you start to complain, they will fix your issues for you. It is not the fact that the people at Anantara dont try to correct things for you. It is more the aggravation that they just cant get it right from the start. That is what people expect when you spend 10.000 usd for a five night stay. The villas are excellent, the views are great (in the end), and the pool is really great. Now upgrade the service and just stop aggravating your customers. We needed to get a late checkout because of a 2AM return flight ( and a 2 AM arrival by the way ) and they just did not want to work towards a solution that did not include a full day additional cost. The resort was empty but no way that we could stay somewhere beyond 3 PM. They could have offered an extension for a small fee, a smaller room for a cleaning charge or whatever. But they didnt. They just keep staring at you as if your request originated from another planet. If you want a holiday with no aggravation stay clear of this resort till they improve on their service. Dubai has a lot of excellent alternatives.

I had been wandering on where to spend my honymoon among excellent hotels on Palm Jumeirah Dubai, until friend recommend me to go to the anantara Dubai the Palm. it was really professional recommendation, Such great hotel, great experience, I stayed for three nights, it was fantastic, the villa that I stayed in was so great, even you dont want to leave it and go out. At night is also another story, you are staying on sea level that you can see that water and the light is reflected into the rooms from the floor, The service is excellent, Thanx to all people working at this hotel, to my friend recommendation and special thanx to Mr Peter for his help and support.

This is the worst stay I have ever had in Dubai and I have been visiting The city 3 time annually, the services are, the room service is average, the wifi isnt stable and the transportation is the worst I have ever experienced, I call for taxi and often times it doesnt show up and when it does it has already wasted like 10 minutes and if it didnt the hotel will offer you their limos (expensive) and even that takes like forever.
