Incredible resort with private beach. The lobby is one of the most beautiful in the world. The staff is always willing to help and very cooperative. Definitely go for the renovated rooms - they are lovely! Only the construction site in the surrounding area could be limiting.

Hotels and the amenities were itself was best. Kids pool indoor and outdoor both were very good. We enjoyed the our stay in hotel and kids loved it as well. The only sour experience happened to us that hotel was charging us almost 300AED for consuming some nuts/snacks from the mini bar inside our room. We were not told about this at the check in nor there was any price tag on any of the snack items. I had and argument with Duty manager Iresh and Stephen who were adamant that prices are mentioned inside our room. I asked Stephen to come to the room and show me where the prices are written and to his experience he couldnt find any and then he started looking in the trash can as if someone thrown price list in the trash bins. The behavior of hotel management was not acceptable and even disgusting. But I really appreciate the courtesy of all the other staff members. Im giving them only one star as I couldnt below that for that reason.

In general it is a nice hotel, facilities are good. The kids pool is really nice and the beach is very good. I stayed here twice, the room in the second time wasnt good but they changed it for us immediately. Excellent for families and their breakfast buffet is very good.

Staff in the hotel (all departments) are friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to Deluxe Gulfview Room which is a nice touch.. and the massage are good (We had hot stone massage and aromatherapy massage) and I slept really well after that. The aquamedic pool is great. We tried the cold bath Jacuzzi and the water jet pool indoor which is refreshing! Overall experience exceeded our expectations.

Very clean and well serviced. Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurants well good and room service was fast. My only suggestion is minor, some shade (sun shades of even a table umbrella) on the room balcony would be good for westerly facing rooms as it can get quite hot out there.

The view is construction which is not mentioned on the website at all. No sea view or beach so dont know how they can call themselves a beach hotel. One small pool with a mini add-on for a childrens play area. No real kids club....just a dingy room for kids to play computer games in. The paid summer camp is not much better. They will give you a room in the old side of the building first which is really dated but will switch your rooms if you complain for 120 dirhams extra. The shuttle bus runs a return journey to certain places, for example the Marina Mall which will take you there but then collect you again an hour later to return back to the hotel (the journey is 40 minutes so an hour at the Mall will not be good enough). The food is good most days but the selection is really really small. No vegan option ever and vegetarians are just about catered for. The waiters/waitresses are nice and accomodating.

Nice hotel overall. The beach however, is not really a beach- Its man made, so you feel somewhat mis-sold. The nearby Aldar building can only be described as an eyesore. Can be noisy at times. Otherwise a nice hotel, conveniently attached to a mall providing average shopping with a couple of good restaurants.

I would love to appreciate the restaurant Manager Tareq who was definitely the star of this trip he never ever said NO! He went far and beyond to make everyone happy and had a smile always. Thank you so much for taking care of my family so well especially my mum! Our housekeeping attendant Mahendra was so attentive and never missed a spot. Excellent job. Everyone at reception was great. Joseph, Anil and that crew were all so helpful. What was so nice was Anil took the time to find out my name and would always greet me by my name I was surprised the first time and that made me smile. Very heart warming. Food at breakfast Great, shuttle to Ferrari world on time, check in and out great. I honestly feel this hotel is a class above. I must however mention that the boys at the boy hmmmm not the most welcoming and my only bad experience was with Chamith who lost the hotel business when I tried to book swimming lessons for my 2 boys and he basically rushed me off the phone hung up on me right as he said he would call me back the next day which I tried to explain wouldnt work because I needed to plan our activities since we were only around for a short time but he didnt care so I called back and told the attendant to cancel the package if hes the only swim teacher and the hotel lost my 600 additional Aed. All the same that one bad apple didnt spoil the whole bunch for us. We will definitely be back sooner than later for another weeks stays! 5 stars!!!

It is a nice calm hotel isolated from the city on the sea. I only tried their GYM facility and it was a bit old with limited devices and gloomy environment. Showers and changing rooms are fine, receptionist is nice and will provide you with towels. Pool is nice also but I didnt try it.

First off, the hotel is great and the pool and beach are nicely located next to the unique, circular Aldar HQ building. Ive stayed here 3 times and come for a beach day multiple times. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but we had to wait quite awhile on 2 occasions to check in (once almost 45 minutes). The other reason is that it depends on the room that you get. The newer rooms are beautiful and have a wonderful balcony view, but the older rooms, while nice and spacious, are lacking in elegance in comparison. The Raha Mall is nice, and Yas Mall isnt too far away if youre looking for more. Great hotel, excellent pool & beach, and pleasant breakfast. This is a solid 4 star getaway location.

Super Hotel! Sauber, einfach top Personal ( hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer am lächeln! ) Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, egal ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendbuffet und einfach lecker! Hotelzimmer war riesig und schön,leicht arabisch angehaucht. Am Abend spilte eine Band draussen am Pool. Pool top und gross mit Bar. Leider nicht so viel Meer (blick) vorhanden, Strand selber war aber sauber und schön. Sehr empfehlenswert!
