Its a nice property located right at the beach. Well kept rooms however basic bathroom stuff like toothpaste, razor etc are not complimentary. location is aloof and almost at Sharjah Ajman border... hence not ideal if you want to plan dubai tours

The pool side employees can be more social and approachable. The life-guard behaves as a military colonel. Food is ok, but the portions are relatively small. The main course is not enough. I expected 5 stars service, but i would give 3 stars for pool side experience, while guest and room service would give 5.

A really nice hotel with awesome service. The only really big down side is the location. When going to Dubai or beyond you can risk heavy traffic (+1.5 hr). MAKE sure not to hit rush hour. (From my experience its from 9am-12 from Sharjah to Dubai and 5pm-9 from Dubai to Sharjah)

Nice hotel with good service and good food. Also good food in the restaurants you can book. Definitely a good hotel. Only minor things are that is far from dubai but the taxi is cheap compared to Holland. So its a 8 out of 10 for me. Not so much to do at night at the hotel. So I recommend you go do thing in dubai at night time.

This place is gorgeous...like a sandcastle oasis next to the water. Great design for a resort and a really decent price. I was upgraded to a suite and it was HUGE. Perfect views and easily accessible. The VIP lounge on the 9th floor was excelent. They also let me stay until 4pm before checking out. The only slight drawback is that its about 30 minutes from downtown Dubai, however if you want to get away, this place is great.

Nice hotel, modern and clean but also has that traditional feel as well. Friendly and attentive staff who will always try to help. Facilities are great with several pools a private beach, several restaurants and a spa. Whilst there are other hotels and restaurants in the vacinity the main souks & shops are a taxi drive away. Taxis to these areas such as Al Majaz with its fountains and light show are around 15 to 20 AED. Traffic can be slow as there are a lot of improvements being made. Hotel offers a daily shuttle bus in to Dubai which you have to book in advance. A taxi to the Burj Khalifa is around 70 AED. Hotel is dry so no alcohol.

The Resort is totally worth its 5 stars, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is very tasty but abit on the pricy side, which is to be expected at a Hotel like this. The rooms are very well kept and have everything you will need for your stay. One part that was missing is a mirror on the dressing table but other than that the room was amazing. Finally the pool and beach areas are very one of the nicest ones ive been to. A point to note this hotel is still very new and i found many taxi drivers did not know the location of it, this i assume will change over time but if you find yourself in a similar situation just tell them to take you to Coral beach hotel.

قضيت اجازة عيد الاضحى بالفندق في غرف النادي وكانت الخدمة سيئة للغاية وعدم تلبية اي طلب على الوجه الأكمل وبالسرعة العادية على سبيل المثال طلبت أكواب ( مج ) وتم التوصيل بعد ساعتين وبعد اجراء اكثر من مكالمة لخدمة الغرف هل هذا طبيعي في فندق خمس نجوم وتأخير عند طلب بطانيات مخدات مناشف محارم شامبو كان يوجد حبة شامبو واحدة للعائلة في يوم الوصول وهذا التأخير ليس 10 دقائق او اكثر بل بالساعات والحجة انه عيد وزحمة ولكن هذا ليس مبرر في فندق 5 نجوم. الحمام ليس به مناشف للأرضيات والمياه تتجمع في وسط الحمام ( لسوء في ميزانية السيراميك ) مما أدى الى انزلاق زوجتي وتم طلب الإسعاف واصيبت بكدمات في الرأس مما أدى الى تورمها والأنف والركبتين غير حالة الإغماء التي استمرت لمدة 20 دقيقة وذلك لعدم وجود طبيب أو ممرضة بالفندق وتأخر وصول الاسعاف لمدة ساعة وانا احمل اداراة الفندق سببب الحادث لعدم توفر وسائل الأمن والحماية وسوف يتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية في ذلك . ويجب اتخاذ اي اجراء تجاه مسئولي خدمة الغرف من قبل إدارة الفندق لضمان استمرارية العمل بصورة صحيحة . وكان كل ما يهم أفراد الأمن بالفندق التوقيع على أوراق تفيد عدم تحمل الفندق اي شئ وليس الإهتمام بإخراج الأسرة من هذه الحالة بأي إجراء للترفيه عن الاسرة وهذا المتبع في كافة الفنادق المحترمة التي تهتم بالعميل . وكانت تجربة مريرة في هذا الفندق المفروض إنه 5 نجوم ولن تعود مرة أخري وذلك للتأثير النفسي على الأطفال من جراء الحادث .

Не понимаю, почему этот отель ругают на многих сайтах... Ведь они не виноваты, что море... Не очень. А волнорезы нужны, т к штормит иногда, ну очень сильно. Сама видела. Отель отличный! Красивый. Номер нам достался как на картинке. Персонал приветливый. Брали завтрак и ужин. Всё было великолепно. Все блюда вкусные. Повора на высоком уровне. Десерты оригинальные и вкусные.
