We visited Rixos The Palm Dubai three weeks ago for a schoolproject. Although we werent hotel guest we were warmly welcomed. One of the staff members showed us around and made us feel at home. We were showed some of the most beautiful parts of the hotel. One of the most beautiful part of Rixos the Palm Hotel Dubai is the location it self. No other hotel is located on such a special place, on the tip of the palm island. This location results in such an amazing view from every part of the hotel. We were very excited about the hotel and the lovely staff member and we definitely want to go back to the hotel another time.

Service used to be better Cleaning of the room is not that good, not like a 5 star hotel should be. Towel lady at the beach is rude. Breakfast has a big variety but not tasty. Beach area is nice and the seating, but lacks the fun see games. Nice beach music. Beach food is basic and needs improvement. Room bathroom shower was broken I used to love to come here but not anymore till they fix their staff engagement and the other points mentioned above.

A Wow Experience ! The Rixy club allows you to spend a quality time with you loved ones without worrying about your kid ! U get an amazing JBR view from the beach ..where u can sit back and enjoy your beverage from I-Chill pool bar . Very friendly staff .. always smiling and there for you. The rooms are very spacious and the interiors are amazing.

Nice hotel for the palm.. very family friendly It has good facilities pool and an ok beach. It is what you would expect from a large hotel but the rooms have Amazing views! If you are lucky to get one! Tip: the fitness centre and spa is top class ! Make sure you try the jacuzzi ! Tip: if you are not happy with your room view .. ask politely and you never know

The moment you enter to the Hotel very friendly and warm welcome awaits you smiling faces and helpful staff which is the most important to begin a small holiday. We have spent a weekend in the hotel and room was very cosy and nicely decorated the view was just perfect. It is also children friendly as me and my son has enjoyed the pool and beach a lot and has some more facilities for the kids although need some more toys inside of the hotel. Variety and quality of the foods were also very good you can enjoy it a loot. Especially the Chef has prepared some special dishes and served by himself which made us feel like VIP. Only thing was the waterpipe at the cafe wasnt as good as i expected however they carried the shisha all the way from the hotel cafe to the beach where we enjoyed with wonderful night. Overall it was an amazing experience and definetely Incredible hotel for a holiday. Room Tip: Try to get the rooms which has Burj Al Arab and city view

Without a doubt the best 5-star Hotel i have ever visited! We stayed there for about a week and had a deluxe double room. When we stayed there we didnt experience any problems within the Hotel. The staff was the best we have ever had. Very helpful, polite and open-minded. Our room was very big, we didnt expect i to be so huge. Everything worked fine. We only had booked breakfast, we can only recommend it. Everything we desired was served. The beach was fine. As it isnt a natural beach you simply can not expect the same beach as in for ex. Egypt. The water was very clear. Especially the variety of beach chairs was gratifying. For sure we will come back in the future.

Horrible management. They raise prices spontaneously and force mandatory fees on you. We ended up cancelling our booking and going to the Atlantis Hotel. No comparison. The Atlantis management was much better and provided us with extra complimentary amenities for a much better price.

The facilities are new and first class. I travel a lot, and have seen a lot, yet the design of my suite still impressed me. My only negative was the bed wasnt very comfortable (too hard). But so much more made up for that. I had an issue with reservation procedure, but the manager quickly came on board and rectified it for me and gave me an unsolicited upgrade. I was impressed. Managers name was: Firas. Thank you Firas for making me feel welcome. Its because of you that Im writing this nice review.

I am very curious how this hotel is rated five star !?for those who is searching for hotel on the palm,there are plenty good ones,but just not this!!!Terrible experience, if there is zero star I would choose it!! I stayed there on my birthday recently next day afternoon I checked out,but I left my brand new dress in the room ,forgot to pack it up.in the evening I called the hotel lost anf fund,but the hotel staff claimed the housekeeping did not hand over anything to the hotel ,and they even told me maybe the housekeeper is lying , but there is nothing much they can do !!! Bloody awful ,clearly it is a lie ,the housekeepers name is gobala,there is no other way when he cleaned the room ,didnt see such a big dress;I really doubted this hotels management skill, ,othetwise they should do something about this!This time is not returning guests pproperty, next time maybe stealing!!! I need remind everyone of you ,if u ever have to stay there ,lock all your values ,even your pyjamas! !

Номера убирали плохо, причем они уже не в лучшем виде, сам отель очень маленький, территория маленькая, еда однообразная, каждый раз заставляли подписывать чек, официанты дописали спиртные напитки, которые мы не брали, а потом заставляли платить, хотя у нас был all inclusive.Напитки приходилось ждать на пляже по 40-60 минут. Много негатива, за такие деньги есть отели куда лучше! Конечно подкупило ,что в этом отели все включено, для Эмиратов это редкость, но как оказалось не все было включено.

Tout à la pointe de la palm il devrait être tranquille. Si lon recherche de la relaxation, malheureusement il est ouvert au public et concert privé, tout comme le restaurant. À certaines heures et certains jours comme le dimanche lon peut oublier la tranquillité. Le restaurant est super, le chef cuisinier mélange les différentes cuisine, plus tout les jours une petite spécialité. Un peut trop de cuisine turque à mon goût. Jai trouvé quil y avait pas assez de personnel au tour de la piscine et de la plage, ils vous oublie, plusieurs fois lon a pas reçu à boire, plus dune heure sans rien, même après deux commandes (ou ils favorisent les clients qui ne sont pas pension complète!!!) Lhôtel commence à être âgé mais propre. Ce nest pas un hôtel dédié aux enfants donc on ne trouve pas trop dactivité pour les petit, il y a une disco pour les enfants, seulement une demi heure, possibilité de se faire garder les enfants prix à lheure (très abordable). Le climat est super en octobre, le taxi très abordable donc très facile de se déplacer dans les Malls. Si lon compare à Oman ou Égypte il y a plus dactivités avec moins dinconvénient!! Jai aimé

1. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir bis 16:00 Uhr warten. 2. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unkompetent. 3. Die Taschen wurden mit den Kollegen vertauscht. Es ist vielles falsch gelaufen am ersten Tag. 4. Sehr abgelegen.

Приехали 1 апреля 17 года. Ваучер покупали за три недели!!!! Номер занят!!!!!! С 10 до 16 часов просидели, ждали, когда поселят! Обещают к 17 часам ((((((( Отель такого класса крайне неорганизован!!!!!

العاملين في الفندق غير بشوشين تجدهم غير مضيافين ،وخدمتهم بطيئه نوعا ما عند الاكل و المشروبات ،موظفون الفندق اغلبهم يتحدثون باللغه غير الانجليزيه و العربيه بين بعضهم و هذا الشي غير حضاري نهائيا خصوصا بوجود نزيل و ضيف امامهم ، ارجو تحسين هذه النقاط
