Very friendly stuff and very good breakfast, they even cooked oats specially for us. Very good location and view from balcony. Small swimming pool. If hotel has a lot of guests it is easier and faster to park your car by yourself, dont use vallet parking.

The longest time Ive ever experience for checking- in in a hotel. It took us an hour from the time we came before we finally settled in our room. I understand that its weekend and its holiday, but they should assume it and be prepared for it. It so strange that upon arrival in the lobby of the hotel, you will hear so much complaints from the guests on queue and already waiting there from long time. And unbelievable coz its almost 4pm and some rooms are not yet ready for check-in.It adds to the time of waiting. Staff hospitality and room facilities are ok. Pool is nice.

The room is very good, quiet, clean, etc but the internet connection is quite bad. Once connected, the speed is good enough for work and to watch some youtube videos but it keeps disconnecting every 5 minutes which is annoying. Apart from that everything is quite good. Using a computer the connection is better but on phones its not good.

I stayed here a long time ago. Staff were friendly and very cooperative. If you have a car and want to stay here, dont worry. You can have the valet service at the main door or you can simply park it yourself for no charge in their underground parking. Location in Yas Island is close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina and Ferrari World. Nearby is the golf course that you can enjoy if you are a golf fan. Hotel has a pool, a gym and free Wi-Fi...

I was upgraded to a beautiful sea-facing room at the Radisson Blu, the sister property next door. There was no non-smoking double room available at the Park Inn. Service was prompt and courteous, we were even offered coffee on the patio while we waited. I recommend either property for the location, access to attractions, service and lovely scenery.

I am staying here for 25 days so I have the opportunity to experience the hotel completely. This rating is for the hotel but more so for the staff that have made the hotel experience a whole lot better. The hotel is pretty good, you get access to the gym, a great pool, and fine dining. They clean the rooms daily and ensure that you are having a comfortable stay. The people that work here are phenomenal. They help you with anything you need and handle any concerns you may have. I had a very small incident at the hotel with a charging cable and they took care of it. I am very happy with their professionalism and constant updates they give you on any incidents. Overall, the hotel is good but the people here are great. Ill definitely be coming back. Thank you Park Inn.

Staff was extremely rude, we booked a suite months in advance but upon arrival (3pm) we were told to wait. We waited 45min in the lobby (15 min till 4) still no room. We were told we could have a small room till the other room (suite) was ready but no time frame on when the room (suite) would be ready. Being we had 2 children, 1yr and a 1 month old we decided on going elsewhere. Park Inn employees didnt care the lack of service and hospitality received from this hotel was by far the worst Ive ever seen. I would advise looking elsewhere than wasting even 1 dirham on PARK INN. The hotel (Staybridge) was a much better choice and we had our room in less than 1 min. The customer service at Staybridge was A+.

Below is my review from my weekend trip to Park Inn by Radisson, Yas Island (5th-7th May 2016) Good: The wifi (the only aspect that needed no face to face human interaction) Bad: The staff are extremely arrogant and rude to begin with. Nothing hospitable about them. You think its a "Radisson" and will get good value for your money. Sadly, it was the worst hotel experience Ive had so far. The staff are not proactive in helping. They had no facilities to handle the weekend rush. It was quite a long wait to check in, to get your room after checkin in, for room service, to get a table for the breakfast buffet. And the beach isnt really private access, its only free access and youre not informed that you have to collect coupons to do so. So there is too much back and forth involved. But the worst thing remains the horrible attitude every member of the reception staff had.

Love this place! I stayed in the Business Room for 6 days. Had a view of the Golf Course, which I went playing the following day, Arabian Gulf, Pool, and Yacht Club. 10 minute walk from Ferrari World and the Water Park. Great breakfast, snacks, room service and usage of business office on the 8th floor. Free parking as well!

فندق جميل وغرف واسعه.. غرفة اطلالة عالبحر جميله جدا الاطلاله.. بارك ان فيه مسبح واحد لكن اذا مافيه زحمه يسمحون لنزلاء بارك ان بالسباحه في راديسون بلو ومسبح راديسون بلو افضل لان فيه قسم خاص بالاطفال.. فيه منطقة لعب للاطفال.. قريب من عالم فيراري الجميل .. لكن بعيد شوي عن وسط ابو ظبي الموظفين سيئين وخاصة موظفين المطعم كانوا جدا سيئين.. كانوا كأنهم متضايقين مره من تواجدنا في المطعم بالرغم من انه فاضي !!! ونظراتهم وهمزاتهم علينا ابدا ما عجبنا الوضع
