We were there for one night stay. The rooms we booked had a view but when we arrived we were told that those rooms were not available. The staffs @ the reception was a very helpful and offered us another set of room with free club membership (cloud 9). Coming to the rooms., it was small but well maintained, with a small balcony. The dinner & breakfast buffet was excellent. They have lots of activity centers, 2 pools & a private beach. All the staffs were friendly & courteous . Overall a memorable stay.

Great place for relaxing holidays. The building might not look like much from the outside but inside holds many gems. The rooms are good standard, with safe, fridge, fully fitted bathroom, AC, good WiFi connection and TV with some international channels. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Theres a fitness club, jacuzzi, small private lagoon and multiple pools. Its all kids friendly too. There are many other activities at hand such as squash, spa with many massage options, tennis court, water sports and many more. Everyone can easily find something for themselves. On top of that, on the hotel grounds there are also many restaurants offering different types of foods but mostly continental such as Spanish tapas or Italian. The food at the hotels restaurant is simply amazing, with a very wide choice, even for vegetarians.

Went to the Taste of Spain event on 3rd March at the beach area. Sangria was plentiful, paella was excellent and the flamenco dancer & singer/musician was top notch. Be aware that all of the food at this event was halal so ham and chorizo at the buffet was actually beef....always a good idea to check.

This Hotel for sure has been a 5 stars before, but for now I may have some doubts. The rooms are very small in sdandards and they need a serious refresh ! Staff is very nice and polite ... but not very efficient= During a whole day We have been asking many times for the baby bed .. we have been remind them but they delivered very late at night after baby sleep so they apologizes. The valey mooved our car even if we asked no to do... the apologized again. Anyway it is a nice place, with good outside areas but not worth the quite high price. Do I recommend ? Yes, if you have a good offer.

I went to the Sheraton twice. Once at the the B lounge and the other one at bravos restaurant. First of all the valet is not for free you have to pay for it which I found shameful for a 5 star hotel. Second of all in both Restaurents the staff is not friendly and not available. I didnt have any fight or anything with them I was just watching and it really doesnt deserve to be called Sheraton. My overall experience at Sheraton was very bad unfortunately and overpriced for nothing!

Hotel shows ware and tare. But the crew makes it comfy. Small rooms. The Beach ist not really a beach but more of a "lagoon" with no open sea access or view. But they do everything to make you feel at home. Pool is ok, club floor lounge is small but serves snacks all day - alcohol from 6pm to 8 pm - alternatively the cloud 9 bat facilities can be used as a premium guest.

After having a awesome experience at other hotel brands for the first part of our honeymoon I was disappointed that I had such horrible experiences at Starwood hotels, this Sheraton being the last of the two. First when we arrived the hotel picked us up as prearranged, we checked in and started to relax and were undressed when two male staff members just walked into our room without knocking. I and my husband were immediately upset as I was undressed and being a Muslim woman no one but my husband should see me undressed. Once the staff realized someone was in the room they turned around and left. It was later told to me that they had forgot to prepare our room as a honeymoon room and were rushing to do so. The hotel knew ahead of time our early arrival so this was no excuse. This upset my husband and myself. We both felt uncomfortable and unrelated for the remainder of the stay. Later that day we signed up for a tour through the hotel and was given directions to our bus, after sitting in the hot sun for a hour we called the hotel who told us the bus had came and we missed it, we explained we were waiting and nothing came, when we complained to management we were them told the schedule had changed and no more buses were running. We were highly upset as the remainder of our day was runined and it was too late to find another tour company. We only had 3 full days and Abu Dhabi for our honeymoon and had wasted one because of the hotel not giving us correct information. Then the night before check out we wanted to confirm the time that of our car service to the airport and were told the person who checked us in had not booked it and that there were no cars available and we had to take a taxi. Further upon asking for a copy of our bill to see if wed been charged for the car service we discovered we had been charged for breakfast for our full stay. We informed the hotel we did not request this as we only would have the ability to eat breakfast at the hotel once during our stay as we did (the day of check in breakfast was finished, the Friday before checkout we planned to go To Dubai at 5:30 am and the day of check out we were leaving for an early flight. ) despite informing them that we didnt ask for this we were told wed only get a refund for one breakfast day it was nothing they can do about the others. I felt like we were being scammed but it was nothing we could do. I checked my credit card and I have still not been refunded for anything. This was suppose to be the end of our two week honeymoon and enjoyable but instead we spent it stressed worrying about if someone would barge into our room again or how we were going to get to the airport for our flight and being ripped off for tours and breakfast payments. I am disappointed that you are merging with Marriott as we are Silver and Gold level members and have never experienced such bad service. I will never stay at any of your hotels again. This was totally unacceptable and management did not seem to care about our concerns.

We had an absolute wonderful experience here. We were treated like royalty, and the prices were the best in town for a hotel of this magnitude. Everyone is insanely respectful, and you wont be called anything other than sir/madam during your whole stay. Often, theyll call you by your first name for a personalised experience. The service was extremely professional, the restaurants on site were very fancy and nice and had some of the best rates in town. The beach area is small and a little dirty due to the nearby construction, however the staff is constantly cleaning it, so they do the very best they can. It didnt stop us from going in! We had fish swim very close to us. Theres kayaks /etc to rent here as well if you wish. Breakfast was a buffet style and is worth every cent of its extremely cheap cost. Youll miss out if you dont do breakfast at least once. There are cuisines from four different regions of the world, sushi, eggs made to order... And its at an attractive price. I cant recommend this hotel enough. We didnt drive here, so I couldnt say how the parking was, but the taxis are cheap and very highly regulated. Overall, this is a six star hotel, underrated, and fair priced. We hope to return in the future.

They couldnt process my credit card for a security deposit to use the mini bar. 30 seconds after I entered my room, they sent one of their employees to lock the mini bar. They were worried that I may use the mini bar and not pay them. Cost of total items in minin bar is not even close to 1/10 of what my daily rate. It is really bad for the Sheraton hotel to treat its guests as potential thrives or shoplifters.
