The worst hotel experience Ive ever had in my life. The room smelled strongly that we couldnt stay for more than 30 minutes, they refused to refund and they were even rude. Thank God there was Fairmount near it, I booked there same night and enjoyed my stay. Ive been to Kempinski in other contries and I thought this one might be as good, but I wasnt lucky, I lost a nights fee for nothing. ALWAYS CHECK ROOM BEFORE YOU PAY!

Were 2 days into our stay at the Kempinski and so far were enjoying our stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and couldnt be more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. A special mention for Mary who works in the breakfast buffet, she is a mine off information about the activities available at the hotel. The rooms are very clean as is the hotel in general. The bed we have is very comfortable. The beach is lovely but get up early if you want to grab a sun lounger either on the beach or by the pool. There are several restaurants at the hotel offering different menus from around the world and we will work our way through them all as our stay progresses. Ill update this review at the end of our stay. Bad points so far. Soft drinks are very expensive. £4+ for a can of coke. Alcoholic drinks we expected to be expensive here but fizzy pop? Its a minor issue tho as you can pop out and buy soft drinks 90% cheaper not far from the hotel.

Recently I had the privilege of experiencing an All day pass at Kempinski and the experience was spectacular! I couldnt stop gushing over their massive and beautiful interior decor and food . As always I started off my day with the garden brunch that they host on Fridays . Can you imagine all the cuisines in the world at one place !? Well thats what happened to me . From Arabic station to Indian they had a wide range of cuisines which bowled me over at one go . The experience was unique and caught me wanting for more . This was followed by a brief amount of time walking on the beach and I have never felt this relaxed . Sure did give me a break from reality. I later had dinner at their Indian restaurant Bukhara ! A huge shoutout to their chef Gagan for giving me a nostalgia with his signature Indian dishes.

Decent stay. Rooms slightly smelled on the ground floor and the TV in the room was from the 90s. The furniture could be upgraded. Staff was friendly. The breakfast and other services were very overpriced. The beach water was amazing and the pool was nicely temperature controlled.

Would rate this as one of my best vaccations till now.really appreciate the way the staff handled our requests and made sure we had a great time. Room are kept all time clean, view is clear with the pristine sea. Too may food options to choose like italian, best indian , Chinese.....plenty to keep u busy for a week at least. The buffet resturant has a good choice of dishes, breakfast is amazingly good. Good job kempinski , you shall see us back soon.

We ordered the dal bukhara, butter naan and tandoori chicken. The decor is very well done and gives an authentic Indian feel which is nice. The service is very good. Special thanks to Chef Gagandeep from Bukhara and Chef Manoj for true hospitality..

Recently our company organised an iftar party at Ramadan Tent in Ajman but we were very disappointed. Food was pathetic they were not able to refill the dishes second time. When they cannot accomodate 2-300 people in the tent why they promote their buffets??? the place is only for 100-150 persons and the food should have been organised properly. We are very unhappy after going to a 5 star hotel.
