I actually wanted to stay in another hotel but through one thing or anything ended up here. I am so very glad I did. Lets call it karma. From the moment you arrive your handed a welcome drink and minute by minute it simply got better. Of course the staff are friendly and helpful but will simply come over for conversation bringing that personal touch. Food is excellently prepared and drinks are generous.

Definitely 5 Stars from me. A very welcome feeling from the second I turned up. Very spacious room and an inviting bath awaited me after 17 hours flying time. Breakfast Buffet from 0630-1000, and Dinner from 1800-2000 including unlimited drinks from the bar. Smokers can chose a smoking room. Very modern, stylish, clean. Im a Member now and will stay at other Hyatt Recency Hotels worldwide to make use of the extra benefits on offer.

Very welcoming. Really clean rooms. Nice views. You have have a mini-mall connected to the lobby. Although, at one point during my stay a cleaning guy just entered my room. He knocked on the door but I was wearing my headphones, so he just entered which really bothered me. And that is why I deducted a star.

Well located at walkable distance to mobile market, gold market and right opposite to sea. Top floors offers great view and the rooms are very spacious. The food offered is great and has great variety. The speciality is of the revolving restaurant at the top which is a good experience and a great place for a dinner with loved ones. Price is of on higher side but if thats not an issue, highly recommended for your stay in Dubai.

Even though the restaurant is very old but it is well maitained. We went for a buffet on Thursday night for 195 Aed .The restaurant rotates slowly giving everybody in the restaurant breathtaking views of Dubai. The food was excellent. My wife specially loved the seafood buffet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again

Great Hotel where I used to live for 2 years. There are so many LUX hotels in Dubai but almost all ones are so poor in its service. However, this hotel provides you very good service as well as its meals (Thats rare in here!!). Especially, I would suggest to try their Japanese restaurant "MIYAKO". Their foods are like youre in Japan.

Excellent start of our short stay in Dubai. We were allowed to check in extremely early (with no extras charge). Mahmoud was great help. He organised everything in our room very quickly. Buffet breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choices. All staff for breakfast was very hospitable and this was great experience. Marick was great leader and she made sure that was best buffet breakfast experience for us. Staff for a dinner in restaurant was great again. Rooms were very clean and beds are very comfortable. Could not fault this hotel in any way. Would highly recommend it.

Room wise the place is nice and the Iranian Resturant there is nice. But the crowd there is just a place Id like to be mind the stereotype but old business men that would stair at anything walking. The wedding hall has been recently renovated its a lovely place to host a wedding or company event. Another down side is the drive there sometimes the traffic can be bad. However if you want to see old Dubai thats the area to go.

Ok - so some people are a bit displeased with the Hyatt but not me. This IS a 5-Star hotel situated ideally not far from the Arabian Gulf and surrounded by deserts which makes it great for sand and water lovers. The hotel service is professional and you have access (only as a tourist) to alcoholic beverages. The food is also great. It may not be your typical western meal but that is hopefully not why you made the trip in the first place. Enjoy!!

Hyatt Regency - две башни, в одной из которых расположен отель. В другой башне есть магазин, офисы, апартаменты и каток. Вход на каток стоит 45 дирхам за два часа, со своими коньками немного дешевле - 40 дирхам. Хорошее место для того, чтобы провести ивент или разместить группу туристов. Недалеко находится фишмаркет, но до отеля запах не долетает.

فندق رائع جدًا. التعامل راقٍ جدًا وتلقيت معاملة ملكية من قبل الأخت سارة في الاستقبال، وما قصرت معي في كافة الاجراءات والتسهيلات. الفندق مكانه ممتاز جدًا ومبنى منفصل بالقرب من كورنيش ديرة، المبنى مميز في تصميمه وتستطيع تمييزه من بعيد، وكذلك تصميمه جيد جدًا والغرف نظيفة وفيها كافة الاحتياجات التي تريدها. الافطار لم أجربه لكن رأيت المطعم وهو راقٍ جدًا، أسمه كتشن. أعجبني المول المتواجد بداخل الفندق وبه صالة تزلج وبعض المحلات، والأهم وجود سوبرماركت لمن أراد أن يشتري حاجياته الأساسية وخصوصًا لمن لا يملك قيمة الإفطار، 130 درهم قيمة الافطار غالي جدًا، لهذا السبب السوبر ماركت يجب أن يكون خيارك! المكان هادي ومريح وينفع للاسترخاء والعمل. المسبح غير جيد ولونه أخضر ولا تشعر بنظافته. صالة الجيم ممتازة وبها ما تحتاجه. قد تصادف العديد من بنات الليل في الفندق فكن حذرًا لأن هذه المهنة قد تعرض حياتك للخطر وتنهي أحلامك.

Muy buen hotel, toda clase de servicios y lujos. El servicio es buenísimo, el personal de recepción es inmejorable. El buffet del desayuno es espectacular, los camareros y cocineros son muy atentos. Hemos pasado 6 días allí y nos hemos vuelto encantados.

Dernier hôtel de nos vacances. Lors du retour entre Malaisie et France, nous profiterons de lescale pour y rester 3 nuits. Disons le tout de suite, je nai pas aimé Dubaï. Par contre lhôtel, lui, est très bien. Le personnel y est très sympathique (il y a même un réceptionniste parlant français, et ça faisait bien plaisir dentendre notre langue après deux semaines). Les chambres sont spacieuses, et propres. La literie confortable. La vue (côté ville) permet davoir un beau panorama entre le golfe et la ville (permettant de voir Burj Khalifa loin, très loin, tout là-bas). Le petit-déjeuner est sous forme dun buffet varié. Le restaurant est également de qualité. La piscine est agréable (mais un peu petite par rapport à laffluence de quand nous y sommes allés).
