I believe its a great family escape outside Dubai. The rooms are quite spacious and the service was good and prompt. I took a ground level room meters away from the pool which was an amazing for the kids. Pools were guarded all times and very clean. Food was nice, but so busy in the morning, yes, you wait in a long line for some time, yet, the staff were so friendly and super fast in their service, like Berna with the big smile on her face all the time. Vlada was their manager and I believe shes great because it shows in their attitude..

Great bedroom with good views. Clean, modern and comfortable. Room service was super quick and food tasty. Breakfast was very busy each morning but I guess it is a resort full of families. Gym is good too however too small for the number of guests in the resort.

Great value. If returning I think Id go for the all-inclusive. Plenty of Germans, Russians and Brits getting stuck in! Lovely breakfast and great kids activities from morning til late. In fact, its one of the most kid-friendly places Ive stayed. Recommend.

One of the worst staycation I had in the UAE. First, I made the mistake of not knowing the Doubletree brand is a more of a budget-type hotel. Not that I ever had good experience with any Hilton group hotels in the UAE. We booked the Bay Club rooms thinking it will be better. There are dedicated counters so we did not have to wait too long compared to other checkin counters given we arrived at 3pm. So far, this is the only advantage we experienced for paying the extra premium. Then, our neighbours shown us how poor is the acoustic insulation of the rooms. We were in a room on the 1st floor in the corner, and the amount of noise from above to next door in the evening were extremely disturbing. The so called club pool is ridiculously designed as it is way undersized to cater for the club rooms. Pool area was so dirty and we did not notice anyone cleaning the pool surround. Its probably the worst pool I had visited in my life. The other pools were so much better but all far from the club rooms. Food wise, I couldnt eat at the dinner buffet as the food was not attractive and did not taste like hotel quality food. Breakfast is not much better as they serve many frozen food like items (fried or reheated). Bread tasted like they were left over from a couple of days but I was told they bake them fresh daily! But mind you, for a budget hotel they dare to charge a fortune for their street-like quality food. We pay about the same at other premium hotels in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The chef has no seasoning except abundant of salt! The worst was getting a call to the room while my kids were sleeping. Apparently their do-not-disturb option is not connected to the telephone system. The call turned out to be a mistake from engineering when someone else complained about the AC and there was no one in the room. How how earth they got that mix up?Its like let me just call anyone nearby if no one answer the door! My list of complaints and dissatisfaction can continue on and on. But ultimately, this is not a place for a relaxing holiday. As both my husband and I are architects, the list of design flaws of the whole complex is endless. Its like some inexperienced and junior architect designed the space. I probably would not have selected this hotel if it wasnt due to the mini water park on site. My daughter wanted to come. Definitely the last Hilton Group hotel I would stay at. So upset with this staycation.

The reason why I have given it 3 stars After a 10hr flight and 1hr from airport just to tell my room was not ready ,and no interconnected rooms available , but if I uograded to Hilton honors I will get a interconnected room for a cost £350 . I had no choice great sales pitch. All inclusive please be aware this is not all inclusive hotel its depends what band you have ie white brown green and Orange check before you leave. Food: no variety alcohol drinks at the pool felt like water down, food felt bland Vouger had great food and proper drinks this is the sports bar . For a Hilton hotel this definitely not a 5 star it felt like no care or staff went out there way to help.

We spend our holiday in this hotel with 2 years old baby. We travel a lot and we saw a lot of hotels and coutries. In this hotel was great. Everything was perfekt. Accommodation, staf. Staf was very kindly and shine. My little child womited in the nigh, staf brouth us new bed clohtes in the middle of the night. Accommodation was clean and new. Beach and pool was clean and great. I have one little animadversion - food and all inclusive. It could be better. It wasnt bed, but could be better. We wil come back.

Check in was a major issue, we were told that we will be getting sea facing room for which the check in lady requested to wait for an hour, after an hour when we got the room, it was absolute disappointment as we got garden facing room. Further, in the evening I required for the room clean and same was not done. Upon arrival to our room after dinner, we refuted for fresh towel and blankets, same was delivered only after several reminders and that too when I complained to the duty manager. Again in the afternoon I requested for the room cleaning and same was not done, when I threatened them that I will take a picture of my dirty room and post it to Facebook, then only they cleaned the room. Overall the property is good and lots to do including for kids but service quality is very bad. When I talked to some of the property staff to me it seemed they are not well motivated because they are not taken care well by the management and may be this is one of the reason for the poor quality of service. Further food quality is also very ordinary. In summary in term of facility and things to do I will rate this as a 5 star but in term of quality of service this is probably not more than 2 star.

As a traveler and have experienced different hotels in different countries, This is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel and not even the first review I wrote for them. But because I really wanted to share my appreciation and thank the staff of this hotel for the nice stay this time, am writing this second review. I were decided to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary at this hotel and actually is was the right decision I took. The staff were very kind and I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Paolo Santos the front office manager who were a very hospitable and ease to speak to person. He did all his effort to make sure our stay as comfort as possible. The hotel is the right choice if you want to relax and spend time with family especially if you have kids, while it has several kids activities and play areas. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and Im sure Ill be back again soon several times with them.

Its not the Hilton we really know.Starting from the totally wrong room given to us, big delays to solve any issues.Not to mention the reception where no one answers our repeated calls or has any friendly face.However, the working staff (most not all) are kind and friendly.And last , many guests there (of course not all) are totally rude and treat you like inferior.Some of them enter the swimming pools wearing their shoes or kids shoes or without washing the sands ,and non speaks to them.Others smoke inside the kids playing area and again no one takes any action!!! I think administration should think again about changing their attitudes and organization.

We were only 3 days there, but if i compare to the other hotels&resorts, its just bad. The only thing, which was nice, were the welcome cookies at the reception and later the room service. We booked double room with sea view and there we found out, that all the rooms are with sea view, so weve paid the extra fee for nothing. The room was not clean enough and the service in the restaurant in the evenings was a nightmare. It was buffet - for the all-inclusive guest maybe good, but not for regular guests (And here i can compare with other buffets we had). We had to wait a half an hour for somebody to ask us, what we want to drink. The service on the beach was the same. I think the reason for all this are the all-inclusive guests with no claims, satisfied with just mediocre and slow service. We never come back.

we booked two rooms with a request of connecting rooms, went early to make sure we have smooth check in. That never happened with problems from start to finish. They did an upgrade when they couldnt find us a room. Unfortunately first room we received 2 hours late the second room received over 5 hours late. staff including higher management harassed us to check out early even though we have paid for late check out for one room and the other which was received late by 5 hours it is our right and they were informed by email. our stay was unpleasant due to continuous mishaps from the staff and serious number of harassment to the extent that the reservation supervisor Mr. Alaa and the security manager Mohamed came to harass us on the pool side when we were trying to spend our last hours and ruined the only fun day we had. Breakfast was good with a variety however the rest of the meals were stews and recycled foods. hotel was over populated, it felt as if I am swimming in a small pool in China. They give preference to those booking directly through the hotel. My booking rate for all inclusive was the Hilton booking rate for bed only. very bad unpleasant stay ... it is very unfortunate with the facility they have and the brand name they have this attitude and service on all levels to senior management who was trying to drive us out of our rooms as well. Thanks Mr. Pieter , Mr. Mohamed Moniem, Mr. Mohamed- security , Mr. Alaadin for ruining our holiday.

Its an amazing place. stunning location and staff are great. But this is for the management of the resort. How, for a while bar can you only have 1 waiter and 1 barman?!?! The food at the al la carte restauranta was amazing but there is simply not enough staff memebers! We waited forever for a waiter to see to us! I eventually had to go to the bar myself and get drinks. That being said, when the staff are free, they are amazing and helpful! its down to bad management and not enough staff! Sort it our guys!!!

Ive a gold IHG membership, so compared to other hotels & Resort this is just a bed & breakfast not even a resort! - bathtub not clean. - I booked directly from their reservation desk a deluxe room with see view, but I got a room with partial seaview. - they keeping mattress & beds in the corridor. - no toothpaste ,cotton ,combo, just shampoo and shower gel , you have to call rs. -no activities after sunset . -no welcome juice or warm chocolate cake as they mentioned . - dont waste your money in this resort !

Moc hezké, super dovča...lidé neskutečně příjemní, pokoje čisté denně uklizené a vše doplněné ,velká koupelna. WiFi na recepci , ale i u bazénu a na pláži zdarma. Na pokoji za poplatek. Jídlo chutné..ryby, maso,omáčky, saláty, rýže , brambory , polévky, jogurty, ovoce...prostě vše na co si vzpomenete. Jen při večeři si musíte občas chvilku počkat na místo..pokud jdete z hlavní budovy.. Pláž písčitá cca 600 m dlouhá, žádné vlny jen od motorového člunu:) vše OK jen v moři nepochopitelně ohraničená VELKÁ část pro skůtry a motorové čluny, která je přesně ve prostřed zálivu, díky tomu nelze plavat "větší" vzdálenosti!! V moři občas nějaká ta rybka, mušle, hvězdice. Lehátka na pláži zdarma , bazény a pláž se zavírají v 19.00, vše hlídáno plavčíky. Na koupání dobré...moře jako kafe 35st...vzduch 42 , bazény ochlazovány na 30 st...vnitřní prostory klimatizovány snad na 20 st...což je někdy až nepříjemné. Aguapark , dětské hřiště pro děti.To vše na umělém ostrově , kde se v okolí staví snad 24h denně, ale nás to nijak nerušilo a nic slyšet nebylo.I v srpnu, kdy je tady nejtepleji, se dá vše zvládnout i s dětmi v pohodě. Super dovolená , kdyby nebyla ohraničená ,tak velká část v moři , tak bych dal určitě 5 hvězd....URČITĚ DOPORUČUJI...
