Entrance of the hotel makes you feel exciting and definetly will love the atmosphere there. One of the best places to have an romantic dinner for sure. They have nice swimming pools, restaurants as well as a helipad on top of the hotel. In my point of view the price you pay here is totally worth it.

We had no idea what to expect, as our travel agent booked this "because its my favourite hotel in Dubai". We were wondering if it was too isolated given the 30 minutes or so it took from the airport and arriving at night, it seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere. What a delightful surprise the next morning to open our curtains to the beautiful ocean views. The room and the public areas of the hotel are absolutely palatial. The restaurants are a delight and the package included a lunch or dinner every day, plus breakfast, so all in all really good value. We used the free meal passes to dine at the Burj Al Arab, which is a sister hotel and experience the feel of this (world first) 7 star hotel as well. Also included is a courtesy bus to take guests to the Emirates shopping centre and a couple of other attractions but taxi travel is fairly cheap anyway.

I went for the World Cup Horse Race and was blown away by the level of service. I see why it has 7 stars. 24 hour butler service. The suites are like a gorgeous NYC apt. It was an experience to remember. If you ahve the chance I say GO, SEE DO!!!

Twenty years ago with my first visit to Dubai, the iconic Burj Al Arab was the landmark of Dubai which has now been overtaken by others and now the Burj Khalifa. Unfortunately like the many others that thronged at the entrance gate, I did not have a reservation at either the hotel or restaurants so could not go inside. But the view from outside and faraway is just as stunning as being up close to this architectural marvel. From far it looks like the wind blowing a sail. Next time will get my friends to book and then I can get an opportunity to see the amazing workmanship from inside. And someday when my budget allows, to actually have a stay there.

Visited Burj Al Arab, before going inside you will need to book a reservation in any restaurant if you are not staying in the hotel. The security is really good as you will get checked twice before entering. Casual smart dress. The building is beautiful and the location is amazing. If you are interested in architecture/civil engineering then this is the place you need to visit and see the amazing work and details inside. We were glad to be able to visit and enjoy our experience at the Burj Al Arab lounge, we came in for a cup of tea which we had from their selection however their choice of pastries could have been better, the kids meal of chicken nuggets n fries was not upto the seven star standards. We did give our feedback n the stewardess was immediately back with some assortment of pastries for the children which was a nice gesture. However we expected a bit better from a 7*!!

As a regular guest , had so many bad experiences there that cant enumerate them all in one review ! Very unprofessional rotating staff. The 2 br ap is creepy ! The Royal suit is OVER DONE , its is simply to much animal prints for one unit !!!! You are constantly disturbed since you check in till check out, minimum 5-6 times in the first hour ! The only good food there is in Asian , however you cant wear a high quality dress for 2 reasons : 1. NO ONE RESPECTS A DECENT DRESS CODE 2. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE The butlers do nothing there beside disturbing . Food upstairs is horrible and way over priced . 95% of the personal all over the hotel is rude , lost or unprofessional . Last year the waiters at the beach was so under any acceptable level , they was simply stare at your bra when serving a water ! A decent 5 star pool was built only recently , before you had a pool 2x3 m, with staring labour around (building the new one). Lobby is a bus station full of buses with tourists , I dont know where they are going but you literally wait for an elevator sometimes 10 min cause is full of people . Tv had a problem every time we stayed there , so you are waiting your time and staying in the company of IT guy instead of enjoying the room. Spa / salons are offering overpriced low level services AND SO ON . It is a 2 star service and food for 5 star rooms . So yes , in that way maybe you get a 7 at the end :)))))))

There is the cheaper offer for downstairs at the lounge which you can use the entertainer for but the view is spectacular at the top where you are served by the most experienced and dedicated waiters. This black hair aunty is reception who never entertained me to tell prices happily. Ego have edges. Reception area of burj al arab out dated with old red sofa and first floor lift door wont work properly, first you should work behind this things before looking cheap to customers. I had lunch in Al Munataha Restaurant there is one waiter who have more prouder than customer as he is employee of burj al arab so he is trying to attract my wife front of me one black waiter given red rose front of me. you can check on CCR his behaviour. Shame on such big hotel. Palm tree view was excellent.

You do need to book in advance and is quite pricey, but was worth it for a special occassion, she loved it. Truly speechless once you go in. If you want to visit the hotel you need to either have a suite rented or have a restaurant confirmation as to avoid people coming in and disturbing the guests. As you come in everyone else is very polite and there to help you with whatever you need. Very pricy to the common tourist as rooms can begin in 3,000 dollars a night and up. The dining is also pretty expensive, around 150 dollars per person. But really good food and once in a lifetime experience.

It really is a seven star hotel and a place you really must try to visit at least once if you are in Dubai. A booking at a restaurant is enough to get through the door. Gold everywhere and spectacular fittings. I first visited just after it opened in 2000 and it still feels special, if perhaps not quite as special as it felt back then. I would recommend the Asian buffet restaurant as a place to eat - not cheap - but then it is 7* service and food!

If youre lucky enough to somehow get in as an outsider, youll be amazed by the interior and attention to detail. I had dinner at the buffet place inside, which I dont think I would recommend. Keep in mind that you need a reservation at one of the restaurants or Skybar to get in otherwise you can only take photos from outside the main gate or the public beach down the road. Before entering the hotel, you get zapped by the number of luxurious cars which are used to pick the elite guests staying in this grand and luxurious hotel. From a Hummer, a Merc to a Rolls Royce. It is a pleasure to the eye and deep hole in the pocket. Entering the lobby makes you stay there for almost an hour with those gold painted huge columns, the shops around the lobby, the music fountain and finally the decor & ambiance. Staying in this luxurious hotel will always be a dream come true, but atleast we could enjoy the nice buffet in the restaurant. After lunch, we could sneak to the top floor through the capsule lift which is at the back side of hotel which overlooks the sea and give you a breath taking view. But you could take your breadth the lift is on its top floor where there is a helipad stationed for the rich and the elite guests. Unfortunately, due to security reasons we could not step out of the lift also and had to return back to lobby. A must visit to this hotel with a deep hole in the pocket..

This hotel is a bit overrated. The personal is badly tranied and doesnt pay attention to the small details. The waiters didnt bring water in the restaurant when our glasses where empty (we also had to ask for it in the first place eventhough we bought champagne) and later on they almost served the wrong vine. TIP: If you intend to visit the resturant or skybar remember to bring a shirt or a scarf, the aircondition is set to max and othervise you will experience a cold visit. When we were about to leave the hotel, the butlers got us a car that was already reservated and halfway through to destination we had to turn around because the driver suddenly had to pick up the right costumers... I know its just small details, dont get me wrong it is a very fine and a beatuiful hotel, but I expected a lot more from a 7 star hotel.. My recommandations will instead be to save your money and visit hotel Raffels - in my opinion they have way better service and much better trained personal than Burj al-Arab!

We didnt stay here but had High Tea in the Skyview Bar and it was divine, a little pricey but worth it and an amazing amount of food. We had a 4pm reservation which included a glass of champagne and the sunset. They do offer you extra of sandwiches, but be warned, do not because you will be full and wont fit in the yummy desserts. There is also a very extensive tea menu and go easy on that too, tea fills you up! Its pricey but you only live once!!

Time: Thy tool almost 10 minute to take my booking which is worth as they explained everything from Menu, dress code, options available for Veggie etc Food: It was perfect, to our surprise their Chef met us personally and ask their staff to serve Indian food specially prepared for us. Price: Expensive but worth spending Views from Restaurant: Amazing Overall experience: Since we had confirmed booking, we got 7 star treatment start from entrance, also got a chance to view the hotel from lobby and certain area.

As a travel agent: I had the pleasure of entering their lobby of shops. There are 2 large elevators when entering to travel up to the lobby. its fancy and full of security. This hotel is isolated and claims to be the only 7 star hotel in the world. I love the sailboat shape and it was great to see. Everything is gold plated and quite nice to see.What I didnt like was each time you need to go or come to the beach you need to take the gulf cart. Also this part of the beach looses the sunlight around 2pm because it goes behind the hotel and its gone.

Perhaps you’ve seen photos on the internet showing Burj Al Arab from different angles, but it’s another thing to see it in person. It’s a miracle that you got to Dubai in the first place. Many dream about it but few actually visit it. I’m one of the lucky ones. This famous sail-shaped hotel built on an artificial island stand there for the world to see. It’s spectacular, luxurious and out of reach for people with tight budget. I’ve heard that it has an open tennis court on top, but I doubt that I’ll have the chance to ever play there. I made a few shots with Burj Al Arab as a background and left happy.

Just finished dinner at Al Mahara which was recommended as one of the exceptional dining experiences in Dubai. This place is more hype than delivery. It is a beautiful venue, but service from the beginning was awkward compared to the many truly exceptional places we have visited across the globe. I would have expected Michelin star excellence in terms of service, quality, and follow through for the extraordinarily high price and marketing propaganda, but was sorely disappointed with the single exception of the sommelier, Gabriel, who was both knowledgeable and personable, and also provided exceptional service. After dropping >$1500 in the restaurant the two of us requested to grab a quick drink at the Skyview bar. We were told that they were "booked" and that, had we told them when we sat down we would like to have a drink there, that they would have had more "luck." Oddly, this was never offered as an option, even after we ordered the most expensive, high-end tasting with wine pairing option on the menu. Given the clientele around us and their behavior/dress at Al Mahara, I have no doubt that those who "booked" space at the bar were not the kind of clientele that would have been repeat customers as we would have. Please note that the guidelines for attire are loose at best, and there didnt seem to be any strict enforcement. I had a colleague who grew up in Dubai who had indicated that it was far more a tourist trap than an exceptional experience, but I unfortunately followed through with the reservation. anyway. Another foreshadowing of a poor experience was when we told the concierge at your hotel that we were going to be having dinner at Al Mahara; and he seemed to scoff at the idea, but was hopeful nonetheless in answering our questions on transportation there. We have had two fat better dinners at Amaseena at the Ritz and were treated like royalty each time. We will definitely go to Amaseena again, and would highly recommend it to all others. We will definitely not be going back to Bur al Arab. Ever.

My experience was actually the best I ever had in my entire life! I was quickly made a reservation in the morning at Al Mahara restaurant where is a huge aquarium with loads of fish and even sharks, it was amazing, stunning experience. I paid almost £80 for a 2 course menu, a bit overpriced, but I realized after that the fish needs to eat, so my money were going there... On top of that I did over 400 pictures with this amazing, wonderful, astonishing hotel with my camera and 4 videos, so the £80 for 2 course menu was worthing all my money, every single penny.. If you have the chance to go even once in a life time I will recommend to do it. Believe it or not I was on a tight budget and I spend the last £100 that I had in my bank account, even if I was fired from work... lool Great, amazing experience per total!

This review is for the afternoon tea at the Skyview Bar. The setting is nice but nothing that out of the extraordinary from the lobby to the bar. The ambiance during lunch is pretty bad and it could be from the surrounding windows. The lunch is good as they serve quite a lot of food per person. I feel that the waiters/waitresses are too busy and running out to serve the food. I didnt get the relaxing environment to enjoy the lunch as expected.

Al Munatah. The setting is about the only thing worth rating for this. Great views of the Palm which to be honest is where Id much rather have spent the last two hours of my life. The food wax average at best and although there was a vast amount to choose from it was unimaginative and bland. The waiter service was by far the worst I have ever experienced in Dubai. We had to ask for dirty plates to be removed from the tables and we werent once asked for our drinks order. Very over priced and definitely not worth it!

Am vizitat hotelul intr-o zi de duminica ,avand inclus si pranzul la restaurantul de la et.1 " A lIvan ".A fost o experienta unica,deosebita.Am facut o plimbare cu liftul foarte rapid,am putut admira din lift Insula Palmier(artificiala), am vizitat restaurantul de la ultimul nivel,am cumparat cateva suveniruri de la magazinele interioare, iar pranzul a fost unic ,de tip bufet.Nu puteai gusta din toate felurile,atat de multe erau! Am putut servi inclusiv stridii proaspete, iar la desert pe langa multe tipuri de prajituri traditionale, am luat si budinca pe baza de lapte de camila intr-un bol mic ,ceva inedit pentru mine.Am putut admira si jocurile de ape din holul hotelului,precum si buchetele mari de trandafiri rosii de la intrare.Totul a fost ca un vis din care nu voiai sa te mai trezesti!

ابهار يحبس الانفاس ابتداء بالجسر الموصل اليه والذى يتم التأكد من حجزك لغرفة او لمطعم قبل المرور منه وحتي تصل للدوار والذي تتراص فيه افخم السيارات بالعالم وعندما تدخل من البوابة المميزة تجد احدي العجائب هذه النافورة الراقصة الصغيرة البديعة والحقيقة ان كل تفاصيل الفندق ابداعية وفائقة الاتقان اضافة لروعة الخدمة .. هناك مسجد صغير بالدور الارضي لم ار مثيلا له في حياتي .. توجد عدة خيارات للمطاعن وجميعها مكلفة وتبدأ ببوفيه مفتوح في مطعم الايوان بحوالي ٦٠٠ درهم للفرد وتصل الي مطعم المحار وقد يكلف حجز لشخصين لغداء او عشاء فيه عدة الاف .. الشئ المؤكد انها تجربة مميزة جدا ولا تنسي

Vi havde bestilt bord på Al Muntaha, flot at ankomme til hotellet og personalet var meget venlige. Vi bestilte mad og drikke, efter at have set på et lidt kedeligt a la carte menukort. Forretterne vi valgte var spinat suppe med en form for melboller i, og en bøf tartar, udmærket bare lidt kedeligt at se på. Dertil fik vi en god hvidvin. Efter vi havde spist forretterne undrede jeg mig over hvor den bestilte rødvin blev af, og pludselig stod tjeneren med vores hovedretter. Da rødvinen normalt serveres før hovedretten, bad jeg tjeneren om at gå ud med maden og komme ind med rødvinen. Efter lidt discussion blev rødvinen serveret og derefter hovedretterne. Lidt uinspirende retter som jo så desværre måtte stå og vente i køkkenet til vinen var serveret. Løbende under hele middagen hældte tjeneren vand eller vin op til mig, netop når min kone havde hævet sit glas til skål - meget mærkeligt. Alt i alt ikke godt nok. Massenabfertigung, wir waren zum high tea im 27ten Stock. Der Empfang ist kalt und von Hektik geprägt. Die Zeit im Restaurant exakt durchgeplant. Die Aussicht von oben ist schön, rechtfertigt aber nicht den Preis. Die Empfangshalle ist interessant, kann aber z.B. mit dem Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi nicht mithalten.

Với chiều cao 321 mét (1.053 ft), đây là tòa nhà xây dựng cao nhất được sử dụng làm một khách sạn hạng sang khi hoàn thành và mở cửa năm 1999. Người ta xây dựng nó mất 6 năm.Nó nằm trên một hòn đảo nhân tạo cách bãi biển Jumeirah 280 m, và dùng một cây cầu riêng để nối nó với đất liền. Como no tiene tour el hotel, pues una forma de ver sus vistas y parte del hotel si no estas hospedado es Skyview Bar esta abierto todos los dias y cuesta unos 124 euros y esta de 13 horas a 18 horas, servido con sandwiches, bollos y pasteles. Importante hay un código de vestimenta que los hombres deben llevar pantalones de vestir o vaqueros, camisa con cuello y zapatos cerrados y las mujeres Mujeres. Traje, vestido largo o falda corta con camisa o blusa elegante. No se admiten menores de 21 años. Por reseñar otro restaurante, Al Muntaha, situado en la planta 27 tiene un precio de 192 euros y las mismas normas de vestimenta, así que para entrar hay que tomar algo y es algo caro. El Burj Al Arab es hotel de 7 u 8 estrellas y es considerado el único en su clase,porqk mas q nada sus decoraciones de mucho oro y diamante y su ubicación en una isla artificial hacen unas excelentes características para el hospedaje en este hotel Deluxe,si es q puedes pagar el costo de una de sus habitaciones o pagar una comida para 2 en uno de sus mejores restaurantes,contal de decirles q:Por un refresco se llega a pagar de 10 a 12 dolares americanos,para mi este hotel va a ser el primer otel en la historia de la humanidad q sea el de mayor lujo y q solo puedan accesar multimillonarios
