Kit PerrerasI have ordered a simple snack meal. I have asked by the order taker if its spicy or normal, I said normal. I have waited as usual for 20 minutes for my two pieces chicken. Unfortunately, the order of the two guys after me has been given before me. I patiently waited as usual. I went back to our office and hurriedly opened the box (hungggrrry!) but, to my disappointment it was spicy not just spicy but too spicy. I have called them if they can replace my order, then they said another 15 minutes. I waited. Ive called them again but they said they can not change it because it will make too much problem for them. Ive said what will I eat I can not eat this chicken. He just said bye madam. How good the employees are.. I was overwhelmed. Thumbs up!
