Nice experience with family/ kids. Good choice of burgers and Shakes. Crew is very friendly and available. However waiting time could be up to 45 min at peak times. We tried the chicken wings while waiting for our table and it was excellent.

Its an okay restaurant with a gimmick (milkshake) and Brooklyn Lager on tap. The burger is good but nothing to write home about. The setting is nice and service is good. Children love it, so dont go if expecting a peaceful meal.

We arrived before the rush on a Thursday evening at around 19:30, so we missed any of the queues for a table that people often talk about at Black Tap. Having said that, we were seated right next to the bar section which still allows patrons to smoke - not what I expected for a family of three. Our request to move was met with professionalism and we were soon moved to a nice booth area. We soon ordered and the waiter asked if we wanted all the dishes (12 wings and two salads with side dishes) to arrive at the same time. A little later the salads and side dishes arrived, but there was still a wait for the wings - when they did arrived the side dishes (onion rings, sweet potatoe fries and regular fries) had all gone cold by the time we tried them. Our waiter wasnt empowered to either reheat them or replace them, but in all fairness he went to his manager who was happy to bring fresh side dishes - so we were happy. A cookie milkshake was ordered and thoroughly enjoyed by all of us - highly recommend!

Oh my goodness the shakes are just amazing. Check out the website and they look exactly the same. First trip the children had one each but they are big enough to share. This has become a firm birthday treat favourite with the turtle sanctuary an added highlight after the feast of delicious desserts. The food is excellent too and the menu has vegetarian and meat options. With a casual bar and casual dining it is a winner with us. Be aware it can get very busy so check the busiest times before you go to avoid them otherwise you will need to wait for a table.

Although the burgers were good, I wasnt very impressed with the ridiculously long wait, nor the slow service once seated. What was meant to be a quick burger for lunch turned to 2.5 hours. Ive definitely had better burgers elsewhere but if youre interested in the novelty of their shakes, this place wont disappoint. The shakes are yummy and make for great photos.

I had no clue that this restaurant even existed. It was unknown to me. I was invited by a few friends and was told about the hype of the menu back in the USA and was curious to see if it lived up to its hype. I ordered the Bison Burger and customized my toppings to my liking (which is a very welcomed option) and upon taking the first bite, I was taken back. Finally a great burger place that served great quality meat that barely took any effort to bite through. The meat was juicy and tender. I would highly recommend a visit to all burger /meat lovers out there. Word if advice, it gets pretty busy, avoid baby strollers and such. And if you have a sweet tooth and an extra stomach. Try one of their INSANE portion of milkshakes that is just crazy looking but absolutely delicious.

Finally, a place that serves decent craft beer! Burgers and enormous shakes are amazing here. The cocktails are unique and well prepared. Ambience is high energy and the place is typically quite busy. Could use more ample restrooms, but otherwise this place is fabulous.

Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants. I went to Black Tap for their freak shakes which were amazing although expensive at AED65. The hotel also offers a great view of the Burj Al Arab.

The food and shakes in here are absolutely great! BUT - organisation is pretty poor... they dont do bookings so when you get there they will put you on a list - they told us it would be an hour and it ended up being 2 and a half. Not really worth the wait on that day but if you can get there on a quiet day the service was good and food was really good.

Went for a friend’s birthday on Eid, firstly I’d like to say KUDOS to the staff for allocating us a table during peak hour in no time. Staff: *Professional, well-trained and courteous. A great favorite of the kids, its fun to visit, but seems to be a bit overhyped at the moment. The burgers are yum, the milkshakes look tres retro, but taste just ok. The service is friendly, but not too efficient. Maybe its because the place is just too small for the Dubai crowd that always wants to find the next new "it" place.

thats the place to be if youre looking to have tasty burgers and delicious milkshakes! the place is located in Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel and you can give you car to valet and then have the valet ticket stamped form the restaurant so free parking. Burgers are delicious and so far i have tried the all american, texan and mexico burgers. the burger patty is juicy and melts in the mouth. if you finish your burger and still feel hungry, i suggest you try one of their shakes which look better that they taste but nonetheless good tasting.
