I used to like this place a lot, in fact I used to give it 5 stars as there is a great view and the food and service was good, but not any more. We went there a couple of days ago and had the worst experience. We went on a Friday night around 20 and there were no more than 20 people. This place used to be packed so I wondered why is it so empty... And I found out. We ordered 1 water, 2 lemon mint juices and a shisha. After 20 minutes they came with the wrong shisha, I returned it and it turned out that they dont have the one I ordered so I said ok, Ill take the one you made... Yes but no, they said no and they have given it to someone else in the 20 seconds we had the talk... Ok theyll bring me another one. 1h later and 3 times asking for the order they excused themselves with changing shifts... But it was the same waiters and how difficult it is to bring 1 bottle of water, when there are 4 tables occupied? They brought the drinks and we asked again for the shisha and he said again 20 minutes. When I told him that an hour and a half ago he said the same thing he said "hour and a half, 2 and a half, 5...you will wait!". My friend spoke to them in Arabic and the waiter told him theyre changing shifts again and hes sorry. My friend politely asked when were going to receive our order as we were patiently waiting for an hour and a half and the waiter lashed out and said were going to wait, he wanted to say he is sorry, but he is Not sorry... So after 2h waiting we paid and went to a different place where they actually care about their clients!
