The place was looking amazing but it had the worst service so unprofessional and unorganized we had to wait forever just to have someone to take our order and we got our order wrong not to mention we have called them more than three times just to come (the place was not even crowded). And when I asked for a charger the guy behind the cashier did not mention that they had a charging box and made me go get my own charger after getting the charger he refused to plug it in AND AGAIN he did not mention the charging box until I called the manager who only decided to do something other than just standing watching his employees lack in service the place was way lower than my expectation and not worth the money spent there

This hotel would easily get a 5 star rating for its beauty/design. The food is excellent and room is ultra modern. I find the staff a bit unorganized, they were testing the alarm in the early morning, taxi service takes 30+ minutes, possibly to force us to use their limo service. The price is quite high for not providing near perfect service compared to all other 5 star hotels I stay in Dubai. The water was cut for hours during the night without warning, they just lack communication to the guests. If they want to charge a high price I dont expect to be stressed during my stay. ** update** I came back 4 weeks later and they are trying to make things right... so far they are great

I was expecting a five stars service after i visited the place. However the service was awful i come to celebrate my husband birthday and it went so bad at the beginning i saw cockroaches beside the pool and I understand that its out of thier control because its outdoor but when i saw it in the bed room as well i was so disappointed and I complained and i ask them to clean my room while im having my lunch two hour later i come back to the room and they didnt clean any thing not even replacing the towels!!!! And there only solution to us is to replace the Villa with private pool with a suite!!! I dont recommend anyone to come here unless you are used to have cockroaches flying while you sleeping.
