Everything is great especially the outdoor area, the staff are so warm and friendly and very helpful. Check-in was very easy and quick, tge staff were very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities are very good for families, children can play football outside then enjoy swimming in the 3 swimming pools or the beach. I like the gym, the staff there is very good. Check out was very quick also and the staff appreciated our feedback. I like it and I recommend it for families especially if you want to spend some time in the resort away from the cities.. The Wi-Fi in my our rooms 221 and 223 was very very bad. If fact we had to sit outside in the corridor to send important WhatsApp messeges. Also the timinng of the swimming pools is very late. The family swimming pool opens at 9 am! May be this is okey in the winter but now in the summer its too hot! We got exhausted we couldnt enjoy the time there.

Was this place the perfect choice to have my wedding at? The answer is a definite YES. I wouldnt know where to start from. But lets start from the main entrance. The doormen were well dressed and had a very welcoming smile. Although they were eager to help, you could hardly feel their presence which ensured a comfortable service. Then we moved to deal with the staff at the front desk/ reception. They welcomed us and werego very helpful. They didnt mind walking us around the place instead of the traditional hand directions. We visited the wedding services shop on site and sealed the deal. For me personally I had to go back and visit the place again, before the wedding that is. I took my partner and enjoyed a very lovely dinner meal a week before the wedding. Once again, it was an unforgettable experience from the front door and to the front door on our way out. The staff ato the restaurant were almost invisible due to their fast yet unnoticeable services. Plates were replaced in time without disturbing our conversation. On our big day. We felt like every employed staff was by our side. From room keeping to staff and shift manager Mr Mustafa. Just like any couple, the doubts of having a successful wedding was lifted and replaced with joy and the confidence of a successful wedding. And what do you know, IT WAS. I personally would like to thank the team at coral beach. Mustafa, Nina and Tiffany. Would like to thank Kamil from the wedding and bridal services shoprovided and Bella at the saloon. Thank you guys.

The hotel offers all inclusive hotel stay; three meals or half board or breakfast; the food is very nice, excellent variety, fresh fruits, salads and different main dishes. The staff members at the hotel are very friendly and always happy to help. The kids are offered a free swimming lesson now for Nov and December at midday. The hotel has two pools, temperature control is great, and there is a Jacuzzi next to one of the pools. The hotel is very near from many attraction places in Ajman and Sharjha. The price per night can vary based on weekdays or weekend.

I was searching for a place to stay in Dubai and initially was not impressed by the pictures of its bedroom, and continued to look for a more glamorous looking accommodation. With just three days of my holiday left I decided to check Carols out and I now regret discarding it. When I first arrived in hotel the friendly staff welcomed me with open arms, the rooms and hotels in general was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was superb and they provided great beach activities during the day It was the best of everything. I cant wait to go back again,highly recommended.

Really this is 3.5/stars. The hotel boast common features of a resort hotel. The room was adequate. TV channels were lacking. Breakfast was average. When I visited the sea was murky so I didnt venture down to the private beach much. This hotel is now dwarfed by the humongous Sheraton hotel next door. Parking is tight and inadequate. The only redeeming factor is the family swimming pool is brilliant and was hence worth the stay.

Добрый вечер, очень хочется поделиться впечатлениями о нашем отдыхе. Мы приехали в отель 16.06.2017 в 22 часа, очень переживали, что после перелёта останемся голодными, но на ужин мы всетаки успели. Нас встретил доброжелательный персонал, чемоданы наши забрали сразу при входе и на ресепшене взяли наши документы и отправили нас ужинать. С самого первого дня и по сей день, так как мы находимся ещё здесь нам помогает и во всем подсказывает русскоговорящий официант Joomart, очень вежливый и добрый молодой человек. Надеемся, что в следующий наш приезд он поднимется по карьерной лестнице)))). Территория отеля очень зелёная, два бассейна из которых наш ребёнок просто не вылазил))). Номера чистые и уютные, жаль, что нет балконов(. Ещё хотела бы выразить благодарность русскоговорящих девушкам на ресепшене, они быстро решали любые вопросы и спасибо Алексею, который сидит за стойкой с экскурсиями. Нам все нравится, надеюсь наш отпуск ничего не омрачит, ведь мы здесь до 28.06.2017. Рекомендую этот отель, тем у кого есть дети.))))

Отелю готов поставить твердую 4. Номера небольшие, но уютные. Балконов конечно не хватает, но тут уж что уж. Невероятно красивая территория, очень ухоженная. Персонал в основном вежливый. Исключением стала стычка с Айгуль, которая в отеле продавала как-то экскурсии. Вот она конечно такая советская хабалка, много вас а я одна. Относится к отелю она или нет, я не знаю, но работает в Аль Халидия. Понравился также пляжик. Бассейны не оценил, потому что предпочитаю море. Для отдыха прекрасное место.

Твердые 4*. Хорошие стандартные номера, приятный персонал. Отличный пляж, песчаный спуск к морю, с детьми очень удобно. Сходили в соседний Шератон. Очень пафосно и объемно. А пляж маленький. Пока ещё здесь отдыхаем, скоро отмечу свой День Рождения. По результатам добавлю впечатления.

Очень хороший отель! Всем всего хватает - и еды, и лежаков, и зонтов, и места в бассейне. Территория чистая и ухоженная. Для детей - самое то! Возле бассейнов всегда следят за порядком спасатели. На ресепшене русскоговорящие девушки. Всегда помогут. Уборка номеров ежедневно, пополняют запас воды, чая, кофе. Балконов в номерах нет, но это не минус, т.к. в такую жару на балконе делать нечего.

5 баллов только за соотношение цена качество. Есть недочеты. Но свой пояж все перекрывает. Люди приезжали в более дешевый отель, а потом за плату ходили к нам на пляж. Плюс такси. На круг еще и дороже вышло. Соит в Шардже, но на границе с Аджманом. А там уже алкоголь можно купить и причем очень дешево. Для этого саециальные магазины есть. Таксисты в курсе

Хороший береговой отель. Песчаный неглубокий пляж. Есть бассейн с подогревом и бассейн с двумя горками. Детской анимации нет. Завтраки хорошие, но однообразные. Ужины отличные - большое разнообразие, много мяса, рыбы, овощей и фруктов. Хорошие десерты. Отель имеет свой трансфер до двух моллов в Шардже и двух моллов в Дубайе. В частности, ездит трансфер в Дубай Молл.

Сначала чуть-чуть о плохом: Мы приехали после 22:00. Может поэтому вещи в номер не занесли, ужин не предложили. Хотя в Carlton beach, в прошлом году, покормили и вещи занесли, не взирая на время. Адаптер в номер так и не принесли (слава богу был свой). На седьмой день напомнил про адаптер. Все равно не принес. Не нашел. У них их мало похоже. Потом (после пятого напоминания), вместо адаптера пришел человек с отверткой. Ткнул в верхнее отверстие розетки и вставил нашу вилку в их розетку. Розеток у кроватей нет. Нет балкона в номере. Как и во всей гостинице. Курящим проблема. Полотенца на пляж можно получить сдав карточку-заменитель и под роспись. Но можно одной карточкой брать два полотенца. Выезжали в два часа ночи. Забыли наши Breakfast boxes, хотя я предупреждал. Ждали когда подготовят Breakfast boxes всем автобусом, который нас вез в аэропорт. Когда открыли эти boxes, оказалось там нет ни воды ни сока. Только сухая картошка фри и яйцо вкрутую. Теперь о хорошем! :) Свой пляж! Всегда есть свободные места. Убирается постоянно. Два бассейна. В одном занимаются аэробикой. Второй бассейн детский. Он с горками как небольшой детский аквапарк! С красивыми жезлогами, зонтиками и небольшим баром. Очень понравился! Территория просто отличная. Большая зеленая лужайка- раздолье для детей. Два теннисных корта. Несколько теннисных столов. Два бильярда американки. Настольный аэрохоккей. Волейбольная сетка на пляже и мяч всегда. Чистый просторный кондиционированный тренажерный зал с новенькими тренажерами Прекрасные дорожки для прогулок со столами для отдыха и бесед в тени. Питание очень хорошее, разнообразное. Как-то решил посчитать количество горячих на обед. На 12 сбился со счета. Но на обед и ужин не дают никаких напитков. Это платно. Большой выбор фруктов, поэтому можно и без напитков. Хотя на завтрак и чай, и кофе, и соки в изобилии. Выпечки много и она вкусная. Очень! Не наберите вес как я! :) Уборка номера каждый день утром до 11, качественно и очень быстро. Если они чего-то забыли (вода, полотенце, туалетная бумага) не стесняйтесь, звоните. Исправляют, приносят мгновенно. ВайФай неплохой, скорость приемлемая. 12 русскоязычных каналов по телику. В номере сейф. В номере тихо. На территории 4 ресторана. Бесплатные автобусы по магазинам. Расположение: Отель на границе с эмиратом Аджман, там через дорогу, буквально в 50 метрах сразу четыре ресторана с алкоголем. Желающие успевают сбегать попить пиво пока жена в море плавает. Супермаркет в 8 минутах. Те кто говорит, что здесь нет развлечений, плохо искали. В отель на выходные (пятница, суббота) любят приезжать местные. Но и каждый день местные в отеле присутствуют. Русские в отеле процентов на 85-90. И очень много детей. На ресепшн всегда кто-то русскоговорящий. Пробки. Надо быть готовым что в Шардже, а это дальняя от Дубая часть Шарджи, постоянные пробки утром и вечером.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist wirklich professionell und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gut. Das Essen inform von Buffet war sehr vielfältig und es kann sogar täglich zwischen Lunch und Dinner gewählt werden (Halbpension). Auch auf Sonderwünsche oder Anfragen wird sehr nett reagiert und es wird stets versucht alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit zu erledigen. Der Strand und das Gelände sind ordentlich und sauber. Alles in allem waren wir während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zufrieden.

Хороший отель, кухня, территория. Но море просто ужасно грязное, особенно на берегу!! Дети были вынуждены плавать в этом болоте. Администрации отеля нужно что-то предпринять - кухня и территория не заманят иностранных туристов. Мы в след. раз точно не приедем.
