The service was great, the rooms were small but nice and cozy and had all the basic ammenities like a kettle, a mini-fridge, a television.etc. The Bathrooms were a little small but were well equipped with bath soaps, shampoo & conditioner and a hairdryer.The towels were all folded and kept neatly before we arrived.The Concierges and the Bell-Hops were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast didnt have as many options as we had expected but that was fine with us since we werent too hungry, the sea-side resort really lived up too its name and had an excellent view of the coastline, the beaches were nice and clean.The were 3 separate pools for the different blocks and there were life-guards always on duty.The watersides were maybe the most fun thing about the resort and was a nice addition from our last visit here.Had a great time and I highly recommend that you visit this place!!!

We reserved a Deluxe Chalet but there was nothing deluxe about it. First night the AC was not working, second evening it worked but the water was dripping at a fast rate out of the AC. We had the all inclusive package and the food was very poor. The only nice thing of the entire weekend was the day spent in the pool with friends.

Nice resort, very friendly personel. All inclusive package is very well organised and has everything you wish for. The beach is very well maintained, has everything you need. The location is good, alot of construction sites nearby but this is common in UAE. I would go back again.

It is a very nice resort where you can spend your vacantion! We found here the best enterteinment team (especially Sofia, Svetlana and Mr. D.J) . They were great. Everything is great in this resort, starting with the food, drinks, house keeping, etc and ending with the fun that you can find here.I really want to came back here one more time at least (or maybe more).

Excellent place to stay with your family. We stayed in the King cabana room with all inclusive package and its really worth every penny you paid. Kids will definitely enjoy the pool, play area and the beach. I will definitely go again during winter season.

Their all inclusive packages are very reasonably priced. Lawns and gardens not as immaculate as resorts in Dubai but I actually prefer that, its more "real" and the staff are less snooty. They need some kind of chilled pool though - when its 45C outside, you dont want to be getting into a tub of warm water. That, coupled with the fact that the pool bar is exposed to direct sunlight (as is the rest if the main pool) for most of the day, makes it not ideal for a summer breakaway. The pool setup is my only gripe but its a major one.

Value for money . You will get for how much you have paid ... but dont expect a five star treatment . The rooms are not so special but what i really liked is the all inclusive meals and drinks . The property is very big no doubt . If you wish to have beach fun for a reasonable price this is the perfect place .

I stay here a lot as a getaway from Dubai. It is clean and nicely maintained. You can have glitz if you want to pay for it just down the road, but this is a lovely family resort that has a super beach and various pools to chose from. Food is delicious: eating and drinking here is very reasonable. I enjoy my stay every time. The staff are kind and friendly and remember your name!

I booked a premium chalet room for a lot of money and was extreme surprised about the crappy condition. There was mold every in the room and the installed hair dryer was falling from the wall. When I arrived, the room was dirty and their cleaning guy came and explained, that he did not clean it in a proper way, because he would not have time for this.Moreover there was even waste on my terrace. I needed to ask them five times, until they removed it! Further more the was no warm water in the bathroom and I phoned the reception. They promised, somebody will come to check it, but nobody appeard. Am so very angry they lie to me. They are all liars. Such a rip-off.

The hotel and beach resort are extremely dirty and there is smell everywhere. There is no greenery on the beach resort and they call it a resort. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER VISITED. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO EVERYBODY DONT WASTE MONEY BY GOING TO A RESORT LIKE THIS. THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. THE HOTEL ASWELL AS THE BEACH RESORT BOTH SUCK........

Horrible hotel, room is very dirty, service is horrible and unfriendly, lady at reception tried to take my id for my stay and her reason was that she wants to scan it, and she asked for AED 500 as deposit while all other hotels just request 200 Also the weird decision of banning all kinds of external food and drinks was really weird, especially that security guy came to me on the pool warning me cause I was drinking an external water The whole thing gives the feeling of low quality and cheap owner, they are just trying to collect money any way My first and definitely last time there

Неплохой отель, пляж рядом, сервис нормальный, вода, чай и кофе в номере. Но сам город- одна большая стройка, смотреть особо нечего, кроме торговых центров. Недалеко от отеля, за автосалоном, есть афганский ресторан со вкусной и очень дешевой едой. За отелем можно купить бухло.
