    Amazing food and great service, one of the best Asian restaurants in Dubai, the sushi was tasty, the duck curry was full of flavor without being spicy, the pepper beef was delicious and the side rice was a beautiful complement to the lovely and fulfilling dishes. The staff are polite and the ambience was nice and romantic.

    Ambiance is spot on and the service is exceptional. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. I had the Vietnamese fried rice which was served piping hot and wrapped in an oversized leaf. It was so good that despite being absolutely scorching I devoured it all instead of waiting for it to reach civilized temperatures. Asked for fresh red chillies to be sprinkled on top and they didnt disappoint.

    Fantastic Sushi at a price. Grab the Entertainer 2 for 1 on the Sushilicious all you can eat and youre laughing though.

    I have been to Blue Jade on a Sunday for their Sushi-licious all you can eat sushi. Simple tasty selection of sushi, sashimi and nigiri on the first round, for my second round I asked for the sashimi, the unagi and the california, and trying to do the best of the deal I ordered one last round of Unagi. The people are very welcoming and very friendly, well organized and on time.

    The Blue Jade Restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai is definitely worth visiting. The cuisine, presentation and ambiance is one that pays tribute to the food origins while remaining contemporary Asian. I had my birthday dinner with my family there. Prior to placing our order, the executive chef, Eric Meloche came to our table to meet us and discuss the meal. He asked my young niece and nephew what theyd like to have and created a lovely kids menu for them. The Sous-Chef, Ta Van Huong also came round to meet us . I was impressed with how warm and friendly the staff were; the hostess, Molly, gave us good suggestions on what to order . The food was impressive. The highlight of the meal was when my birthday cake was brought to the table by the staff (kitchen and restaurant). They also presented me with a birthday card signed by the entire staff. Ill definitely dine there again.
