Good place to live. It has all facilities like gym, sona, swimming pool and more. It has great sea view almost in all flats. But it is further inside the reem island and little bit far from boutik mall comparing to other buildings.

Do not waste your money living here. Construction is sub par. Fire alarms go off three to four times a day. Only one parking spot available. Highly over priced for what you get.

Nice, new area , clean but the only inconvenient is that there is no baqala around , u need to go to Boutik mall for grocery shoppings !
