Abubakar SanusiIn all honesty, the staff that have were working on the evening of the incident were tremendously rude, disrespectful, disgusting and very very unprofessional. Their commitment to their work is questionable. On December 1st of 2015 , I bought a pair of soccer boots specifically Adidas Chaos 15.1s at exactly 5:58pm. After that i decided to go with some of my friends and test them out. While doing so I discovered that the pair of shoes did not fit me properly. Natural, I decided to go back to the store and request for an immediate exchange and the staff in the store refused rudely! The woman at the counter was aggressive, irrational, she was refusing to even comply with my complaint. She ignored me completely and refused to attend to me at a certain point. I was made to understand that the policies of this company state that "Refund (within 7 days) of purchase & exchange (within 14 days) with original invoice and goods in resellable condition goods once exchanged cannot be refunded". And this is clearly imprinted on the invoice. I find it insulting and rather disgusting that I would undergo such stress after banking all my trust on the Sun and Sands quality of service and I get treated in such a inhuman way that I have lost every bit of trust in the quality of your customer care. I would like to believe that this is a one time event that I had to go through such traumatic experience with your staff. I will further email the invoice of my purchase and I shall be awaiting your reply.
