Robert RossleeThis place is filled with the biggest bunch of liars. Our case has been lodged since December 2009 and nothing, every year they say no problem no problem you will get your money, I wonder if they have not maybe taken it to line their own pockets. If they truly cared they would make work of it and get the peoples money back to them. They are the most useless and unhelpful bunch I have ever met in my life. They give the people of the UAE a very bad name.
