Aaishah DugganThere are so many fake 5 star reviews on this site. I was a customer and I must say very poor service also very bad finishing on apartment, crazy utility prices. Must Avoid! Not to mention 10 year delay! Totally useless rental department also. You decide.

April AprilThe project paradise lake was delayed for 6-7 years. It was handed over although the entire place is not ready. Until now no proper roads, no proper lightings, no proper connection of water and electricity. Only generators. I am so happy I was able to sell my apartment although I lost money. In my opinion, there is no hope for the future in that place.

Sameer bashaThe place is gooooood. What ever prize you get for a flat add fixed 5400 dhs to it. ( 3600 dhs for fixed service charge for electricity + 1800 dhs for sewage charge.) in addition to this they charge 0.75 fils Per unit of electricity which three times what is charged in Dubai. Which means what ever you pay in Dubai it will be tripled.
