Worst service. i called to Al Zahra hospital for an enquiry. i was able to talk to 3 departments in 2 minuetes. For the same i contacted this hospital , call centre will attend and transfer to the particular departments(ecco, ECG and x ray)but no one attending. 3 rd time call centre give number directly. still nobody is attending.... Totally disappointing . try to improve your service from the call centre onwards....

We went to get my babys circumcision. The appointment for the circumcision itself was there, but doctor was so full that we were told it wasnt possible that day, but perhaps he could squeeze the surgery between appointments. Pretty unprofessional. We did continue and got traditional circumcision another day. My baby screamed a lot but thank God the procedure was very quick. I still feel bad about it to this day, as the doctor kept telling a looong story about how to take care of the circumcision, right after he did it. Im standing with a screaming baby and youre going to tell me a long story now? Just write it down beforehand and give it on a paper... Something other ridiculous, things: long waiting, no organizing of who comes first, 800 dhs for making a procedure that took 10 minutes? I saw this general doctor getting about about 10 patients per hour. This hospital is making serious money but refuses to improve their services or increase the amount of doctors. And the worst: we had to sign a paper that the hospital was not reliable of anything in case baby fell. I dont know why I didnt just leave by then, my mistake. In the end, circumcision was okay, but although it is simple, if I got another son, I would rather pay excessive money to another hospital for this simple circumcision, to get more care for my baby.

Known before as GMC hospital, its a private hospital located in Ajman, provide all standard medical treatment and procedure, mostly famous with their special care for pregnant from the beginning till the delivery. their prices are average.

Best option for the middle class, reasonable and good doctors. Waiting time depends on the time you visit the place, but usually there is a wait time. Mixed opinion about staffs; my favourite doctor in gmc is Ms. Meenu Cheriyan, ENT.

Very nice for Healthcare. Only thing is they cant adjust for the appointment timing. Mostly for working guys suppose to come for treatment at evening or night time only. It would be very appreciate to get the flexible appointment time, rest of all things are very good.

Very poor experience especially from the emergency service. If there is any emergency admission, we have to wait for bed availability in emergency ward. More than a service it is business. This is a very high expensive hospital. Very slow response and processing.

Good hospital but that main issue is the road to going to the hospital is confusing and very hard to get to the hospital without getting lost and making a round I live in Ajman and I find it difficult to go to the hospital I like this hospital but the access road is very inconvenient and confusing to everyone I hope they solve this issue. I sometimes go to alternative hospital just to avoid going in that area.

The worst hospital I ever been in... the nurse staff aint any help whenever i ask a nurse about any inquiry she asks to go the main nurse station... very few private rooms avialable, i had to be in waiting list to shift my mom in different room. My mom surgery had to be shifted to another day because of nurses mistake... even though i have rated with one star but truely i would give no star

Patient attended on emergency was proprioratised for payement rather than the treatment. Service at the reception desk is very slow and not friendly to customers. And further for follow up even on the next day, there has to be new registration. Overall very expensive and no value for money.

My wifes had a delivery there. Medical service was so poor. No nurses nor doctors to be present when she needed and they only visited rarely without even asking. The doctor we used to follow up with her did not visit nor informed at all. They prohibited anyone (husband / mother) to enter with her to attend the delivery and serve in need even though we were told previously that it is allowed. The even refused to let her take her mobile phone or watch inside. After she is out we came to know about the service level so no evidence can be taken. She entered around 9am but no food was provided to her until 8pm. I asked if she has any food and the nurse outside told me not to worry they will take care about everything. After she delivery they refused to take the clothes bag we brought for the baby and they kept him wrapped in 1-layer think blanket and wife told me they were almost freezing inside without support. Delivery package price is told to be 4400 AED, but we paid ~7000 at the end of the day under different reasons and categories.

A government hospital in Afghanistan has better service then this hospital. Never come here

Poor experience with GMC ajman, they give appointment for a Gyno doctor 2 days back and rescheduled on working day with their available time, later on 12 hours before they realscheduled for next day morning. When we reach there on time (11am) suddenly someone informed us that doctor has some task and will leave by now. Doctor was inside the room and treating patients on our allotted time. We waited for almost 1 hour for the same doctor and then get appointment for another doctor, other dctor is in OPD and now its around 1.10pm and doctor still in opd, while we were told that wait only for 30min. My wife is 7 months pregnent and daughter is with me and she has fever, she is crying my wife is not confortable sitting on the iron-made chair for more than 3 hours and still not sure how long they take. This is a poor management team and has no care for the patients. Disappointed Patient, Ilyas

Dr. Thampi cheriyan did my sinus surgery. He is very helpful. 5 star for him. I had bad experience from insurance Department. People over there are just time passing, they are not responsible. 2 times they lost my approval request. I waited their call for 10 days and finally i called them back for asking the status of ins approval and came to know that nothing has been done. Its one of the worst experience i ever had from such a reputed hospital. OP reception is horrible, need to wait in the queue for long time. No proper seating available. Remember patients are standing/waiting! There might me pregnant women, old people, sick people. How they can wait in the queue for long time? Management should study why you got this many 1 star rating.

Writing here since all emails are getting returned by server .... pathetic 1. NO OWNERSHIP by staffs: - Not my problem ... pls check with counter # A B C and then this continuous. 2. Travel distance required from dept to dept: - For a patient to run from one dept to another, the distance required to cover is too much. Like your insurance department is in one place and patients affair dept is in another place and imagine/visualize the distance and imagine the pain a patient need to take. 3. Discharge process is too lengthy: - It took me some 3 hours and more to have my wife discharged after a C-section delivery for an pre-approved insurance case. I wonder the unprofessional Turn Around Time (TAT) took by your admin people to complete this process. Worse thing was since the consultant was not in office on the release day (Saturday 19.03.2016), they couldnt provide me the birth notification advise and I had to spare one more day to come and collect it. 4. Biggest problem - Parking : - Parking is an extremely unhealthy issue in your premises. Imagine the drive we have to take in either of the way to have an access to your hospital. First of all local authorities did not make an easy access for entry to the hospital. In last one year, I personally got to tickets/fine from the police for wrong entries and parking. Worst thing was once somebody hit and and run away in the open ground parking outside and still I had to pay to the police to get an accident paper. Imagine the scenario of the patient who visit to your hospital and other hospitals around in the city and the neighboring cities as well for both private and public hospitals. 5. TOO COMMERCIAL - I agree and accept the fact that you are profit making organization, however this is health sector I fee it has to be done in more sympathetic way rather being too harsh and using it as pure money making option. More concerns ..... but i feel this is okay for today!!

Its not at all cheap! First they had thrown me to many counters, i went with my 5weeks pregnant wife to know the maternaity packages. Finally Thumbay service counter said Aed 3000 package for routine service + 5400 aed delivery package if Normal delivery... if caeserian then the price is 8900 aed. So, it is not a cheap... it is for ppl who possess money... 1 star from a poor man who thought it is a cheap hospital

Now by making new building for emergency , the emergency check up is now delayed, it seems that we came for opd not for emergency, you have to wait for check up in emergency about at least 1/2 hour if there is no rush.Earlier you was treated as you reach there and file can be opened after dropping patient in emergency but now GMC emergency department is no more emergency department.
