Despite all the negative reviews, Qexpress services are perfect. I ordered one item from souq and they delivered it after two days from Ajman. I called them twice and they answered quickly and helped me a lot.

What can I say about this company.... Nothing good at all. After delivery fail, I called the call center of the Q-Express and arranged self pickup from hub, they arranged it to Ajman hub, for some reason.... Agent told me that item will be ready for pick up from 9am of the next day after request for self pickup. I got there, to Ajman hub wich took me an hour and a half of driving from Dubai, and my item isnt there... Call center agents are trying to get rid of you referring to a busyness and system problems No customer care. Very disappointed.

The location is OK bug the service is bad bad super bad. They dont even have a que system so u know when its your trun you have to sit and watch everyone and make sure no one from the outside is gonna take your spot. Not to mention the supers low service that really keeps us on edge waiting. And they dont except credit cards.

Very bad people, very bad and stupid couriers, dont speak English nor Arabic, appointments are all lies, delaying things, happened to me 3 times for different issues in 3 weeks, until I went myself to their office and collected the item after waiting for 70 minutes in an office without AC and without any employee inside. in General, they dont deserve to be in business at all.
