As a customer I dont think I have to wait in queue for 1:15 hrs for my back statement. Else branch manager should at least think about customer minute loss, innovate and be creative for god sake.

For a main and only branch in the Ajman, single cash deposit machine increases the queue and waiting time for the job to get done, will be helpful if increasing CDMs issues considered by the bank
