Hamza IzouraneIf you are looking for affordable rent prices than I recommend here however keep in mind that Pearl Towers has a poor building quality inside the apartments, the area is isolated no buses no restaurants. Its recommended to live here if you have your own car, Indoor parking is 2000 AED per year.

Phan TranFrom Sharjah we moved to Ajman Pearl Towers 4 months ago and I am now very sure it was the right decision we made. The place is clean and tidy and giving me a sense of being safe. It is even better to choose the apartments facing the inner yard because rent would be cheaper for those, and as well we can avoid the dusty winds that are very regular in this country. The yard is also an ideal place for your kids to play and cycling, safe spacious and clean. It is also not too far to reach Dubai, Sharjah, and Um Al Quwain so you can totally choose to stay here and work on those places. I love the town of Ajman, too. It is not too big, not too crowded, and rather greener than Sharjah. The only minus is that materials of the building (floor, wall, ceilings etc.) are not as fancy as it supposed to be for the general look of the towers. Anyway it is acceptable when other convenience is taken into account.

A shark with a lot of money & connections, built the cheapest finished product that anybody can imagine, that cant even pass normal living standards and could manage to get away with it. The paintings, the doors, the sewerage system, the bathrooms, the ceramic, the dirty windows shield that never to be cleaned since Jan 2015. Besides, the community here, really disgusting people with their little devil sons who break every thing that moves or stands still. Bad choice!! Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haroon JavedIts my worst experience living in these towers.. poor maintenance and security... Due to worst security people have arrogance to do what they want.. Even the material is bad i dont know how this building was passed its totally made with bad material.. i had leakage issue for first six month.. even paeking no security or cameras any Car can come behind u and enter the parking.. people pay here and some people use free.. some people pay for 1 and park 3 cars inside building.. have proof and pics..even its very dirty and smelling.. full day garbage drums kept on side and garbage is kept for full day..please donot think to shift here its not for good living its for stress living..
