Al Khor towers are in a Nice Area. But it very horrible to live in. Almost everybody i know are complaining about water leakage from teh upper floor bathroom. Drainage and plumbing works are disaster. Fire alarm ringing very often disturbing you sleep. Parking will be paid extra. Cooling bill is charged for A/c usage. You can expect AED 700 to 1000 cooling bill during summer. I am suffering for 1.5 years and waiting the contract to finish to run away.
