Very cozy and quiet. The buffet layout here is very good, specially the Eid BBQ dinner. The staff are very friendly & cooperative. No delay in services. The best leisure stay in the south of UAE.

Non-friendly kids hotel, kids stopped from eating at restaurant, kids not allowed in the pool after 6pm, no sheesha after 11, staff uncooperative and unfriendly.....many negatives and very few positives. Not worth after 3.5 hours drive from Dubai.

فندق بناء حديث فخامه واناقه وراحة ولكن!! موظفي الاستقبال ..لابأس النادل بالمطعم غير مدرب بشكل جيد الاطباق لم توضع في اداه التعقيم ولم تكن دافئة! التحليه "اطباق الحلويات" سيئة فقط شكل جميل ولكن طعم سيء حتى انني تذوقت كاسترد وكان طعم البيض واضح جداً وكأني اتناول بيض مقلي! مذاق القهوة في الصباح كان سيئاً وبه طعم حريق موظف التنظيف محترم جداً وعمله مرتب ومتقن ويستحق الاحترام .. ولم يعجبني ان الدفع مسبق ! حسناً زبما هذه سياسية الفندق لامشكلة ولكن ان يتم اقفال غرفتي علماً ان حقائبي واغراضي داخل الغرفة .. والسبب انني لم اسدد عن اليوم القادم .. حتى انهم اقفلوا غرفتي قبل سؤالي ههههه اذا كنت ارغب بالتمديد او لا.. وكأنني سأطير من النافذة ! اضافة الشامبو في الحمام سيء جداً!

فندق فخم التصميم لكن الخدمة ليست كما المطلوب النادل ليس مدرب بشكل جيد فيما يخص التيراس ، المطعم جيد لكن تنوع البوفيه ليس كما هو متوقع
