Mall is not fully operational yet, shops still under construction. but has fully functional SPAR Supermarket . check the butcher section. they grill meat on request , best kebab in UAE .

They are still in the process of opening new stores,; however, this place is HUGE! There are many well known cafes opening , as well as, famous jewelry shops, pharmacies, flower shops, gift shops, and their GRAND "spar supermarket". I expect this place to be the next big go-to mall in Al Ain,

Small mall with some cafes and shopping destinations, and a hypermarket (spar). Suitable to visit with families or friends. But not pets though. :).

Good place to serve this area, it is not so huge (which I like) so you dont spend huge effort or get lost. Spar supermarker is rubbish. They have very few brands and they direct you indirectly to buy specific products because this what they have. The availability of centerpoint and other few restaurants is excellent.

Brand new mall in Zakher though none of the shops are yet to open. The exception is the Spar hypermarket which is now open. This is a clean modern store with an extensive selection of produce that easily competes with Carrefour and LuLu. Worth the detour if youre in the neighbourhood.
