Al Ain was a wonderful place full of history and culture. The oasis itself is great, but the museum is marvelous. Full of ancient artifacts and ethnographic information. The Fort is stunning.

The Al Ain Museum shows archeological and ethnographical exhibits from the Al Ain area. Most notable are several donations from the sheikh family and very interesting photos showing life in Al Ain during the last century. Entrance is 3 AED (Jan 2013). Plan 45-60 minutes.

متحف العين الوطني هو متحف في مدينة العين في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يعد المتحف الأقدام في البلد حيث تم افتتاحه في 2 نوفمبر 1971 وذلك قبل الإتحاد، ويقع المتحف بالقرب من قلعة الشيخ سلطان (أو الحصن الشرقي). ينقسم المتحف إلى قسمان، قسم علم الإنسان التطبيقي و قسم الآثار.
