To be honest, I had a good experience at this hotel. Stayed here for 2 weeks and never had a complaint. The staff was very nice, friendly. Whenever I had questions they helped me quickly. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom also very nice. The only thing I didnt like is, that the house keepers sometimes were ringing at my door very early in the morning, I was still sleeping but when I opened the door, they all had a big smile on their face :) That was a funny image. But in general the experience was good with Al MASSA.

I hope this review will get appeal to authorized person, based on my own experience yesterday, it was horrible, not with the place but how ms. Receptionist namely charrise approached to the guests (us), filipinos are hospitable because thats our nature but with her, she is not courteous, polite, warm welcome even smile at all, i dont wanna generalized. Hire people with good attitude, experience can be learned, enhanced, either knowledge can.

سيء جدا جدا ولا انصح به فيه بنات الليل بكثره ورائحة الحشيش في الممرات وابواب الغرف مفتوحه والطاقم المصري اللي فيه واضح انه بيمارس تجاره غير شرعيه وغير اخلاقيه فالفندق ومنتفع من مايمارس احذروا منه احذروا منه احذروا منه
