The Hotel is elegant and nice decoration, room is large and well-ordered , the staff is helpful, there are also gym and swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also good location near the center of city and exits to Oman. The price is good for facilities on hotel. I recommend this hotel for anyone wants to come to Al Ain.

A nice new hotel, we got fantastic rate and the service was very good. Please do not use the location as given in the Google map. It is totally WRONG, I wasted 45min roaming around Al Ain city. It is actually right next to the UAE University Stadium, use this as landmark. Anyone have any idea how to change locations in Google map?? Best of luck!!!

Enjoyed staying at Ayala hotel . Found the staff to be very polite and well mannered and for every query they had immediate Solution and the persons who attended our problems were also good .The Hotel already was equipped with all the services like the internet , and for leisure Swimming pool, Jacqui Gym and steam bath . It also provided an access to a supermarket in the same building which catered to all our needs .

فندق هادئ والغرف جيدة السرير مريح جدا.. لا يقدم مشروبات كحولية والمطعم جيد،، كما يوجد كوفي شوب ومركز تسوق صغير،، وتتوفر باركنات ومسجد كذلك.. توجد مشكلة في اللفت لا يعمل الا لمن يضع البطاقة اولا ثم على البقية الانتظار ليصل الى الدور ثم يضعون بطايقهم
