Hotel fine but customer service is dreadful. I was not told about the discounted breakfast offer when I checked in and then in the morning, despite the hotel being pretty much empty they would not give me the breakfast at the discounted rate, even though I am a regular visitor with my company staff. The duty manager was just rude and arrogant. I will never stay here again and I recommended others to stay elsewhere.

Very nice hotel. There is a breakfast & some restaurants inside. They have three swimming pool with different size according to the age. There is also play ground for playing basketball & handball. You need at least 2 days to look around of it.

Terrible! We ate at the Makani Cafe and the "Fresh" juice had a distinctly canned taste to it. We ordered grilled chicken and it tasted so rancid that we couldnt even eat it. We informed our waitress who did nothing at all except to promptly bring us our bill and charge us for the entire meal. Never again! Diners Beware. One Star is too generous. They should have a -5 star option, it was that bad.

I arrived at this hotel in a fix - my rental car being cancelled on me at DXB and not having enough local currency to pay the unfortunate cab driver who picked me up. The front desk and lobby staff were very helpful to my situation and the issue was resolved quickly. Throughout my stay, I was greeted with ready smiles and friendly greetings from the staff. The location was far from everything (the nearest supermarket requires a 20min walk) but was pretty convenient if you drive.

Nothing fancy shamancy.. A very practical hotel in the heart of Al Ain.. The building is a bit old but the pool and the rooms are well maintained, the swimming pool has a very nice slide that the kids enjoyed a lot and also lots and lots of room for toddlers. There is a seperate poll for people who want to actually swim as well. The spa and the gym r also nice. There is a snooker club in the premise which can be visited as well. The hotel is close to two shopping malls, Al bawadi and Al Ain mall, both of them are equally good for shopping. The reception staff is very helpful and the room service is fast too. The hotel has a lot of restaurant choices, with flavors serving delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors to Al Ain. The only reason i give it 4 stars is because, you will need a car to get around since there is nothing in near proximity, also the hotel does not have valet service.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and always return. Nice garden and pool area. Breakfast is blast! Rooms are basic but nice. Staff is nice and specially the concierge guys very polite and helpful!

The place doesnt look welcoming. Its "DARK"! Theres no Valet parking. There wasnt anyone by the doors.. I mean we practically got in straight to the restaurant (which BTW was expensive and tasteless). It was my first time and probably my last.

They have a problem with placing soap in bathrooms! We are three in one room and they never replaced the soap! The bar is where the children are allowed to swim, this is weird! It should be at the other side or atleast in between, i cant garantee our childrens saftey. A problem happened with a drunk guy there, and i was worried about our childrens saftey. The swimming pool is stained with dirt. I hope the management does something. What is more important, they have a board with tourists locations in Al Ain and its outdated since many many many years, al ain is full of places and there is nothing to indicate that in the hotel!

Excellent hotel! Whether youre staying there, enjoying the pool or gym, or eating at one of the great restaurants, the Hilton is a great choice! While more expensive than other options, the pool and gym membership is highly recommended if you live in town. They have the best family pool areas in town and a separate lap pool for the serious swimmers. The gym is massive and has everything you need. The restaurants are very good. My favorites are Toki, Flavours, and Casa Romana. They are a bit more expensive than other restaurants when you include the hotel tax. Worth checking out nevertheless!

Spent the last 8 nights here, superb conditions, comfortable room, very nice variety of food, exceptionally courteous and responsive staff beginning with the check-in hostess Sarita, perpetual smile and knowledge of the hotel and its processes, the concierge crew beginning with Harsha and Sajith, tireless workers with a warm handshake and friendly greeting every day, to the dining hall, Moses and Kishan the management team, they provide you with the sense of belonging to the hotel, more than a guest, and the service staff in the dining hall, polite and responsive to any request. Must admit, exceeded expectations. Lastly, the sales representative who assisted me with booking the room, Mohammed, another example of the quality personnel this hotel employs on the their staff, every item on the list of needs that you can imagine they strive to provide. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, will definitely return and continue to promote to my colleagues and friends.

I thought it was good value for money considering the price of other places in Al Ain. The breakfast was awesome - just might want to check out the cost if its not included with the room! Coming from a colder country I also loved the jacquzzi - despite the heat. The pools were good and the staff worked pretty hard to make the stay comfortable. There are the obvious communication difficulties with so many diverse nationalities and cultures in the one place - what westerners consider as polite isnt always cross-cultural. But all in all not bad (kiwi for great!!) - would definately stay there again!

El servicio fue impecable. No les doy 5 por que las habitaciones necesitan ya una remodelación, se ven un poco viejas. Pero la cama es muy cómoda y sobre todo tienen un excelente servicio, tanto en recepción como en los restaurantes. La comida en general es bastante buena.
